I bought a carton of cigarettes that was stale and tasted old the tobacco fell out of the cigarette when I opened the pack so I opened another one and the tobacco was loose and just fell out of the tube I would like for the tobacco to be in the cigarette when I want to smoke them I was very disappointed when I opened it because this is the first time this had ever happened to me.

Hi my name is Cari and I always buy marlboro beyond red because I dont like non menthol cigarettes and it is also your most affordable brand, but I just smoked one without the ball inside . So it feels like I have kind of waysted my money on this pack .. and this brand is my favourite cigarettes of all kind.

On 5/9/2017 my girlfriend asked me to sign up for your promo so we could check to see what our " free gift " would be so I spent the time to go to your website and register. after going through the registration process the site tells me that they can't verify my age. I then called the 800 number and went through that spill only to find out the same thing. then I was locked out the operator tells me to call again tomorrow. Then my girlfriend tried. you couldn't verify her age either. We have lived in Ky. for three years at two different addresses. That doesn't make any sense. why can't it be done with our Id.s? I can see why not online but on the phone come on. we have been customers for 39 years and expect better than that from you, we are disappointed. can you help me with this, please?

I smoke the smooth 100s and bought $ packs $26 worth and they were stale made my throat hurt first time I've ever had to complain not really happy bout wasting almost $30 on stale dry smokes :(:(

We have purchased our windows from Marlboro windows in Ottawa Ontario for our newly built home. We provided them with the blue print and ordered at the time single hung for the entire house. 10 days after moving in, we had a strong cold wing in March and have noticed that the windows where leaking a substantial amount of cold air and had ice buildup . when I raised the concern, I was told that this was normal due to condensation. Long story short, we had order Plexiglas to be installed in front of all our windows at a cost of $8000 to stop the draft. 4 years later all the seals broke and turned brown yellow, sign of defective product.
About a year later, we could not see clearly outside due to fogginess buildup inside the window.
The company evaded us and denied any responsibility, and 10 years after the fact we had to replace the entire windows and doors facing the west side and waiting to get financially strong to replace the east side.
Consumers in Canada are left to fend the shark crooks selling defective product for big box and getting away with it.
when is the government going to intervene and punish those unscrupulous company ?.

Recently I purchased a carton of Marlboro Menthol Cigarettes. The strangest thing continued to happen to me as I worked through the carton. In each pack there were multiple cigarettes that were not sealed correctly between the cigarette and the filter. Almost as though the glue was forgone during manufacturing. When the cigarettes fell apart it looks as though the space where the cigarette was suppose to fit into the filter was way too short and couldn't accommodate the cigarette. This was the case throughout the carton. I initially thought the cigarettes just broke at the filter and tossed the first few this happened to. But, as it continued to happen, it became more suspect. Because if the rising cost, I feel this is unacceptable. No one who is a smoker can afford to just throw away a half a pack of cigarettes 10 times over. Please let me know how to remedy this situation. I did take photos of the cigarettes to better enable you to address the manufacture defect.

We bought 2 packs of smokes on 29 April 2017 and the smokes inside the packs were faulty. The filters kept coming off of the cigarette and 1 cigarette didnt even have a filter. This is very pour production from your side. Grabbing a smoke out your pack and just ending up with the filter in your hand and having to fish for the rest of your smoke in the pack. We are very dissapointed in this. And it was not 1 pack but a second pack aswell. Currently we found 7 and counting.

I just recently sent in a complaint for holes in the filters then today I purchased a pack with the outside package is messed up. I pay alot of money to stay loyal to this brand. But two times is getting out of control. What happen to your high quality. As I said in my complaint I just mailed yesterday I'm beginning to second guess my choice of brand.

I am a faithful buyer of Marlboro Red 100s. If I'm not buying them by the carton, I buy at least a pack a day. I recently bought a carton and they all had air holes in the cigarette paper. Pack after pack, air holes in multiple cigarettes. With the amount of money I spend on cigarettes, this makes me want to switch brands. I really hope this improves. If not, I will be switching to a different brand of non menthol cigarettes.

I had a pack of cigarettes and one of them was broken at the filter. I got another pack of the same cigarettes, and just packed them, and two of them broke at the filters while smoking. I always smoke Marlboro's, and have never had a problem until now. I don't want to switch to another brand, but if this keeps happening, I will. Please fix this issue!

I bought a 20 deck of malbro from a shop in the united kingdom. One cigarette in the deck was faulty. I have a video of it. The cigarette had the filter paper around the tobacco papering and it just put me off smoking malbro cigarettes. I did not even smoke the cigarette as it still has the wrong papering on it. I have been smoking for 20 years and this has never happened to me before. My thoughts were that malbro was a respected and reputable company.

I have smoked Marlboro Lights and Gold for the past 20 years as a preferred brand. Recently I have found that the lit end of the cigarette seems to fall off. This has happened to me 5 - 6 times in the past week which is very concerning. Today whilst say outside it happened again and burnt a whole through my jeans. Which has now led me to contact you. As I am starting to feel I can no longer trust the cigarettes. Has something changed in the recent months that make this a problem?
Would appreciate your comments. With regards to the jeans they were old so I am not looking for recompense for the jeans, but feel I am throwing good money after bad on Marlboro Gold.

I purchased a pack of Marlboro menthol black at a gas station in Bristol Virginia on April 24th at 805pm. Of course I pack my cigarettes an got one out to smoke posted a taste different but didn't think nothing.Thought maybe it was just a stale pack.Anyways I was just below the store playing bingo with my mother. I noticed when I got home that I had Marlboro smooth in A Marlboro menthol black pack.No wonder it tasted different . Anyways this is rare an I love Marlboro.But I think I deserve something for me spending money on cigarettes for them to be packaged wrong.Thanks Marlboro I love your cigs but this time it's a big mess up.😉

I have been buying Marlboro cigarettes for 14 years now and I recently started buying cartons about 3 years ago. I have been purchasing old cigarettes from several stores around Dallas, Tx.. I learned how to read the dates on the bottom of the pack and most store owners don't even know how to read the date. I would like to be reimbursed or recieve free cartons of cigarettes. This unacceptable and I have been smoking stale and old cigarettes that I have proof and pictures of. These vendors that are selling your cigarettes are selling them out of date. Not fair! I had worked at the same store, taj food mart, milton freewater, oregon, for 9 years and recently it sold. the new owner and I were changing the prices on the pack of cigarettes. when we got to the packs that had $1.00 off, the new owner wanted me to put on the register to give the customers $.65. I would not do it. I showed him how to change prices and he did it on his own.
The packs that are marked $.75 off gets either $.45 or $.55.
He will try to play stupid or blame it on someone else, when he get confronted by an official. he new exactly what he was doing.

Wondered why it felt like I want getting anything when I was smoking. Looked at my cigarette and it has a tear at the bottom. I just opened this pack of cigarettes. Not happy. Very unprofessional. I have been smoking and buying Marlboro Blacks for over 20 years, reds before that too. I buy from my local store which is WaWa, on Browning Rd, Brooklawn N.J. 08030, and lately I have been getting broken, ripped, and damaged cigarettes inside the packs. I wasn't going to say anything but it is getting to be more often and expensive. It may seem like I'm trying to get something for nothing, but I am not like that, and this is the first time ever for me to even complain to a big company like this. You are probably just going to give me number, or not even look into it too much because I am only one customer.. but I hope you know that I am a customer and always been loyal to the brand, but it's getting distraught more and more. We me smoking g almost 2 packs a day that's $110 a week and almost $450 a month I am spending on a product that has been have broken and ripped paper on the cigarettes. I just need to re think my budget and maybe even switch brands if it keeps happening to me.. and I am not the only one, my step daughter also bugs Marlboro reds from the same store and has the same issues as me from time to time.
