Marks Electrical review: Buy elsewhere

Do not purchase from these clowns. Took me four weeks to get my oven returned which came faulty. Kept trying send an engineer to fix an issue (within 30 days I dont have to accept this and nor did i) trying ignore my legal rights to a refund and kept fobbing me off. Item has now been returned and email promised refund within 2-3 days. Almost 4 weeks laters well over the 14 days legal refund time still not got my money. These jokers dont like it when customers have issues with an order. They do everything they can to fob you off. But dont worry charge back will get my money and it will cost them money in the end. I will also be reporting them to trading standards and ombudsman not to mention the information commissioner as they again for a 3rd time ignored my legal right to my dsar request. 30 days you have to respond and that's now passed with not even an acknowledgment. They do not deserve to be in business. Please do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere. Make sure you fully google this company to find out they are reporting losses not to mention they are being investigated by the cma. Hence the reason they are not refunding me. Every time I speak to them refund has been issued and approved and will be with you in a few days. Utter lies.
