I bought several boxes of Scottish Shortbread Assortment at your shop in Christchurch Dorset to offer to my guests over the Christmas period. The shortbreads were both attractive and popular. However, when we reached the bottom layer two of them were clearly damaged, either in the baking or packaging. I was quite embarrassed and am disappointed by the lack of uniform quality in what should be a prestige product, particularly from M&S. The box is very nice.

Desired outcome: Replacement or refund.
