Over past 2 days I have attempted to obtain a link from M&S so that I might re-set my password. So, upon initially trying to log into the account, I am asked to provide the contact email address. Upon doing so, I am told that the link has been sent. Over a day later and the link has still not been received, so I have requested same again this morning with same result.
I then tried contacting their Customer Support and came across the number 01695 0741. I called this number and was told "the code and number combination which you have dialed is invalid"! I then tried emailing to the email provided: "irelandwebsitecomments@customer-support.marksand spencers.com" The message was returned undelivered!
I've suffered severe illness an am unable to drive so have to shop on-line for the greater part. What exacerbates the problem is that I have an M&S credit card and have earned points / thus money off vouchers and cannot use these either!
Recommendation: Set up a new account, if you don't have gift vouchers to spend as their systems remain inadequate!
