Market Basket review: Market kitchen

Placed an order via phone, was told a half hour wait. Went in to get my food after 40 minutes and it wasn't even started. There was only one other person waiting for food! As I am waiting for my food which the workers gave me attitude because I still wanted it and they had to work, I noticed there were multiple bags of frozen uncooked food including CHICKEN WINGS opened tossed on a flattop near the fryers. I waited an additional 40 minutes for them to make a ham and cheese and a steak and cheese... this "frozen" (because lets be honest at this point they were defrosted) items were there the whole time and god knows how much longer prior to my arrival. The manager Brandon dis not care and seemed annoyed as if protecting people from salmonella is a hassle. So many health violations were see! Staff was extremely rude from cooks to management. I guess that is the standards set by Market Basket... it is true you do "Get more for your dollar" because you end up with food poisoning! I do have photos but keep getting an error message?
