Manhattan Home Design

I had an unfortunate experience with Manhattan Home Design. The customer service I received was truly disappointing and left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I found them to be entirely unresponsive and disrespectful, which is something I never expected to encounter when dealing with a company. In fact, they even misled me about the timing and refund process, which felt like a low blow.

To be honest, I'm baffled that they are still in business. When I spend my hard-earned money on a product or service, I expect a certain level of professionalism and respect, and this was unfortunately not the case with Manhattan Home Design. It's a pity because I had high hopes for my interaction with them, but they failed to meet even the most basic expectations.

When I think about how much money I spent with them, it's difficult to justify the experience. I understand that companies are not perfect and everyone has off days, but my encounter with Manhattan Home Design was truly appalling. I don't feel comfortable recommending them to anyone that I know, and I hope that they take a long hard look at themselves so that they don't mistreat another customer in the future.
