Blue Studio Kitchen Cabinets & Counters

I bought kitchen cabinets from Blue Studio and paid for them, as well as the installation, on 02/09/2022. They took 6 weeks to deliver them. The first time they came, they tried to put in only 2 cabinets, but I told them I wanted all of them at once. The second time they came, they brought and installed them, but they were incomplete and some were damaged. They also installed crooked handles on all of them, and the doors are not properly lined up and are out of whack. The crown molding was haphazardly placed and not properly installed. There are so many issues with the installation, and despite my numerous calls and attempts to reach them, I haven't received any response. They don't bother to call and update me on anything, and they are taking their sweet time. I am considering seeking help from the ComplaintsBoard.com (ComplaintsBoard.com) to get some results because dealing with them has been a terrible experience. I want my money back because, to this day, they still haven't fixed things properly. I have also taken pictures as evidence. It has reached a point where I will have to file a small claims case against them due to all the stress, time, and aggravation I have been through.
