In my 7 yrs of International Resort Travel, this had to be the worst resort. I want a refund.
90% of your staff need retraining or fired. Your staff was lazy non-committal to helping us as guest. Except one beautiful young lady named Vigeny at check-in, please get her into management no joke.
Wrong room upon arrival, they fixed it after several hours, that was the plus
Getting rooms made/towels/asking for washcloths, was difficult.
Having to make reservations for 4 restaurants, by APP WIFI was scarce as it was, or stand in line for hours only from 10-4 only to find most restaurants were always full. Having to eat at your designated times is unheard of and only getting to eat by 4 choices and sharing all the appetizers.
Or a waiter telling me I can't have soup and salad because he's too busy to serve me both, unf acctable. Or a hair in my salmon.
Buffet was decent, when it was filled with food. Again no wait staff in buffet area, had to wait to fill up a lot of food entrees, no one cleans dishes fast enough, no one to fill water/coffee drinks, you are on your own, and G_D forbid you have someone get you silverware, I was told to go get it myself.
Or enough seating, got kicked out once from using the back. And the freaking pigeons in AM/afternoon, you can't eat outside, they dive bomb you. Unsanitary to say the least. Only one bar serves coffee/ice coffee. Ridiculous, kids everywhere including seats at the bars.
Pool had many missing tiles, dangerous and pool was all one level, so if you are short like me, you can't be in the middle of the pool having a drink amongst friends.
Couldn't visit sister resort, but they could come over to us
Beach and beach chairs were the worst only 2 positions no lumbar support. Charged for huts per day at $20
Entertainment was at best less then high school if that. DJ was decent.
I would expect a name with HILTON on it would be wonderful experience and it turned out to be the worst.
Recommendation: Do not go run. Shame on Hilton
