On 7/28/2023 4:50 pm my friend andnI entered Mango I made a purchase a swimsuit and my friend Crystal purchased two Jean shorts, but while she was trying the items I was making my purchase and waited on her. She emerged from the change room and proceeded to the counter to buy her items the cashier, was unfamiliar with how a transaction was to be done so he said he was going to get his manager as he proceeded to go get the manager to deal with the transaction he flounce at me asking him to get the Manger since he was dismissive, because I stated since you're unfamiliar please get someone who can and he was rude, when he returned with her he spoke either Spanish or Portuguese (I speak a little of both languages) and was vehement lying that he did nothing. Because as he returned I told him that his attitude was unwarranted and he did not like to be corrected. The Manger #00236 ID [protected] was telling him to please be quiet and was was even more rude and boisterous in behavior and attitude and started attracting attention to us in the store my friend spoke up and he kept up this drama, the Manager told him to go back to his post because he followed the manager and my friend as she was relaying what transpired. The manager then stated and said he was not in the country long and made a excuse and half asked apology for him. I told her she has to make him be mindful of his behavior and practice better Customer service and asked for an apology and he did not do it, because he said he was doing his job.

Desired outcome: I desire for my friend and myself a sincere apology from this person.
