Dear MakeMyTrip Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing regarding my cancelled Air India ticket booking. An amount of SAR 869 was deducted from my account during booking, but I have received only SAR 796 as refund. The remaining balance amount has still not been credited.

Please note that this cancellation was initiated by Air India and not by me. Since the airline cancelled the ticket from their side, I kindly request a full refund of the complete amount without any deduction.

Due to this cancellation, I also faced inconvenience and travel difficulties, including delay in reaching my destination on time.

I have been regularly booking tickets through MakeMyTrip for myself and my family, and I request you to kindly review this matter fairly and support me with a proper resolution.
