Complaint:

Hello,

I am requesting a full refund for my booking

My Kuwait Airways flight was cancelled by the airline, and your booking page clearly states:

"We have received information that the airline has cancelled your flight(s)."

I contacted Kuwait Airways, and they confirmed that the refund must be processed by MakeMyTrip because the booking was made through your platform.

However, I have not received my refund or any update regarding its status.
