I would like to raise a complaint against MakeMyTrip regarding non-processing of my refund.

Issue:
The flight booking was cancelled by the operator, and the status in MakeMyTrip clearly shows "Your flight booking has been cancelled" and "Refund is being processed."
As per policy, I am eligible for a full refund since the cancellation was not initiated by me. However, even after more than 14 days, the refund has not been credited to my original payment method.
Additionally:
I did not receive proper communication from MakeMyTrip regarding the cancellation.
I have been unable to connect with their customer care.
No clear refund timeline or confirmation has been provided.
Request:
I request the concerned authority to take necessary action and direct MakeMyTrip to:
Process my full refund immediately without any deduction.
Provide proper communication and confirmation of refund status.
This delay is causing inconvenience and financial concern.
