I booked my ticket from Dammam to London but the flight was cancelled due to the war in Iran. I called the agency several times but they always postponed to repay within 14 days. I called Emirates they said they refunded the money to the agency. I still do not have the refund as they continue lying me. So now it is a month and a half - no refund yet. No one should use this agency.

Claimed loss: My ticket was 1324 SAR

Desired outcome: Please refund
