Boiler replacemnt is very costly so I got lots of quotes. Mainely plumbing was able to give me the best price and installed it right away. They were really good at responding and did a great job with the installation.

I used Mainely P&H for a mini split heat pump and a gas water heater installation in my 1930s Portland house. They were real pros, ya know? They did a great job, were super thorough, and kept me in the loop the whole time. And let me tell ya, my house was spick and span when they left. I talked to three different guys about the mini split thingy, but one was the one who really knew his stuff. He was patient with all my dumb questions and gave me a killer price. And get this, whenever I had more questions after the installation, he got back to me real quick. I can't recommend them enough, seriously.

In June , Mainely Plumbing came to fix a clog in our tub and replace the trip lever. The plumber noticed a leak in the pipe that drains from the bottom of the tub. They came back a few days later to replace the pipe. To do that, they had to cut a hole (2 by 3) in the ceiling under the tub. A few days later, we noticed another leak in the same spot. Luckily, we hadn't fixed the ceiling yet. The plumber came back and said the new pipe had a crack and was faulty, so he replaced it again. In July, we got billed for both pipes, even though Mainely Plumbing used a faulty pipe the first time. We told Mainly Plumbing about this, but they didn't respond. We paid the full ***, but included a note saying we shouldn't have been billed for the second pipe. Now, three months later, there's another leak in the same spot. However, this time, the ceiling has been fixed, so we'll have to pay several hundred dollars to cut a new hole for the repair. We called Mainely Plumbing and they said the service manager would call us. It's been a week and a half, and we haven't heard from them. We called again and they said they were busy, but the service manager would definitely call on Monday morning. We also complained about having to pay for a faulty pipe they installed, and they said they would reimburse us for the second pipe. It's been two weeks, and we still haven't received a call or reimbursement. We think we should be reimbursed for the cost of the second pipe, they should fix the leak (for free) for the third time, and they should pay to fix the ceiling again. Thank you for your help.
