The technician from Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric was great to work with! Knowledgeable, courteous and prompt! He went out of his way to locate the part I needed since there were quite literally only two located in the four corner states. He had the water heater fired back up and working flawlessly inside of two hours. Stupendous!

Brian did a great job! He didn't even have to cut into the wall which I was happy with. He spent a long time working on the job to get it done right. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is I think I was overcharged for the job. I had gotten another quote which was $1000 less! Hopefully, Precision will work with me on that though.

After two experts from two other companies and two workers from Excel tried figuring out why I was not getting heat in my home over several days, technicians from Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric showed up as scheduled, were professional, fast and efficient, and figured out the issue and fixed it quickly. It was wonderful working with Precision Plumbing & Heating. They installed a new water heater and upgraded exhaust pipes from my furnace. The technician answered all my questions and helped educate me about the products and processes.Technicians were on time and completed work on time. My system is running well. Beautiful work moving a toilet in my basement. After jackhammering the concrete to move a drain and pipe, the concrete work was done to perfection resulting in a smooth basement floor again. Additional work on moving the water supply lines ended with a straight pipe located accurately in the right spot, secured tightly. I appreciated the "can do", cheerful attitude of Ryan.

Brian is friendly and professional. He came out and did a Professional remediation of the water lines leading to my sprinkler system. He talked me through the Technical aspects of the repair and provided a detailed explanation of how to manage the system effectively. We needed second opinion on replacing furnace, first company wanted us to spend $8,600 for new furnace as we were told possible problem with carbon monoxide leaking into house. Precision expert double checked and found no problem, he did notice first company installed filter in wrong and corrected mistake. Precision was awesome, as they have been for the past 12yr for me and 20+ for my parents. Discovered a water heater leak yesterday that was pooling under the furnace. Called at 9am and Josh was here before noon, a new tank installed and the area cleaned up at 3:30pm. All covid precautions were strictly adhered to while still remaining pleasant and efficient. They will continue to be my HVAC goto group far in the future.

Precision Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electric came to the house this morning to give us a quote on central A/C. They were on time, professional and very informative. They took time to ask us questions about our current cooling/heating situation and to figure out what our goals and expectations are. After a thorough inspection of our house, they were able to give us a rough estimate for a new system with the understanding that a formal quote will follow on email. We are very happy with this experience.

Precision Plumbing's Charles O'Brien and Juan did a great job installing our new AC system. Charles is very knowledgeable about all aspects of heating and AC, and will happily explain everything about how the systems work, and various heat/AC system options appropriate for your home, so you can be well informed to make the best decision. We also had Precision replace our furnace and water heater a few years ago - again excellent job and service. We highly recommend Precision Plumbing.

This entire team is very responsive. I left a message in the morning and my call was returned as soon as they opened. I got an appointment that same day and the scheduler was very efficient, friendly and professional. We received a text that showed what our technician looked like and a courtesy call when he was on his way. The technician was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We are very pleased with the excellent service we received and our entire experience with this company. Thank you!

After getting estimates from 4 other companies, I decided to go with Precision for the following reasons: 1. Even though they weren't the cheapest, the technician that worked with me was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain my options so that I was able to make the best decision based on what worked best for my house and my budget. 2. Their warranty far exceeded anyone else's on the market. 3. Their whole team was super helpful, responsive and friendly and made it very easy to make my final decision.

John hit the ball out of the park for Precision. After an unfortunate visit from a Precision technician who did not resolve our issue with our home smoke alarm system and merely told us to install a new system, John came on a follow-up visit the next day and immediately set about fixing the problem, assured the system is working, and then provided recommendations on system replacement options that I may pursue in the future. Moving forward, I will specifically request John for electrical work due to his honesty and professionalism. Thank you, John and Precision for your service.

I had previously gave Precision 4 stars based on Kevin the electrician's professionalism and knowledge.. however since then with the service or lack of I would give them negative stars if I could. It seem as if once you sign up for the maintenance agreement and they have your money you are forgot. Paid for the maintenance agreement in May scheduled for services in June both electrical and HAV . First electrical was rescheduled twice with the explanation that they only had one Electrician.. and when I had the conversation with the call center i asked if I was going to have the same problem with my HAV appointment being rescheduled and I was told “no we have plenty of techs" . To my surprise after rearranging our schedules (so both my husband and I ) would be home on the scheduled day. The night before my scheduled service I get a voice message stating that my appointment would need to be rescheduled sorry. When I called with my concerns the next morning I was informed that the earliest rescheduled time would be in July . Very poor customer service!

Beware Precision Plumbing! I had them come out to do an estimate on garbage disposal removal, not replacement, just removal. They wouldn't give me a quote over the phone but said they would waive the service call fee to have someone come give the estimate. Just before Precision came out I also got another quote over the phone from an independent plumber which was $190. (I also watched a tutorial on disposal removal just so I knew if pricing was fair.) The plumber Precision sent said it would cost $950 to remove! When I asked him how he justified the cost, he said he doesn't set the pricing, Precision does. When I grilled him on cost of parts and length of time to do the job, (which I already knew from the tutorial) he agreed that Precision was way overcharging. He said I should get a new disposal put in (which I didn't want) since it would cost the same amount! I showed him the door and since the other independent plumber wasn't available. I ended up getting a handyman to do the job for $140. Since parts cost under $40 and it takes under an hour to do, Precision wanted to charge me $900/hr for the job. Shameful! Had to leave 1 star in order to post.

We had them out here a few weeks ago because our water heater failed. At first, we were impressed about how quickly they were able to get someone out to see us as other plumbers were not available for several days and they were able to get someone here within a few hours of our original call. That is the only positive thing I can say about them. Once the technician assessed our needs, we were quoted a flat-rate price of $4,400 for a 50 gallon water heater. This is price gouging at it's worse! He didn't give us much time to make up our minds and said that if we agreed they could do the install that day (a Thursday). If we didn't make up our minds right then and there, they would not be able to return until the following Monday. We felt pressured to say the least.Unfortunately for us, we hired them for the job. While he was doing the installation, I looked up the price of the water heater online and found I could have purchased the exact same model and capacity for $987 delivered. Of course, that would mean we'd need to find someone to install it but I feel certain we could have accomplished that for less than $3,000. From the time the tech got here until the time he left, the total time was just over 3 hours.The only thing I can say is "don't hire this organization" unless you truly don't care about getting taken to the cleaners.The install itself went fine but the tech did leave a nice little pile of mud behind which he failed to clean up prior to departing.

I bought an A/C unit from Precision Plumbing in 2016 (an XYZ brand model with two stage compressor). In July the unit died. It had to be replaced but was told it would take a month to get one. Roughly three days later I got a call and was told they were coming to install a new unit. And they did. However it was not the model I had purchased. This was a single stage compressor model (ABC model), a model of lesser efficiency and cost. When I called this year (after a preventive maintenance call) to see when they were going to replace the lesser model I was told they weren't and gave no reason.
