I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the handling of my recent online order totaling approximately $60, which was marked as delivered but was stolen shortly thereafter.
I contacted MAC Cosmetics customer service immediately to report the issue. During my first interaction, a representative informed me that the item would be resent to a local MAC store for pickup. I relied on this assurance and believed the issue was being resolved.

However, when I followed up, I was given conflicting information by a second representative who stated that MAC Cosmetics would not be able to assist me. I was told the company felt it had “done its part” once the item was delivered and that no replacement or alternative resolution would be offered.
This inconsistency in customer service and the failure to honor the original commitment made by your representative is extremely frustrating. As a loyal customer, I expected MAC Cosmetics to stand behind its service and provide a reasonable resolution.
I am respectfully requesting that MAC Cosmetics reconsider this matter and provide a resolution, such as a replacement sent to a local store, store credit, or a refund. I believe this is a fair request given the circumstances and the initial assurance provided.
