I purchased an eSIM card from Lyca Mobile, and it turned out to be invalid and completely unusable.
After contacting their customer service, when luckily they picked the phone after days of trying, they promised a refund but it never came. I’ve sent multiple emails with no response, and now they never pick up the phone when I try calling only message comes is that they are assisting other customers no matter what time you call or what day you call its just this one message all the time
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. They’ve wasted both my time and money, and I’m left with no resolution and no way to get help. If you’re thinking about using Lyca Mobile, don’t. Save yourself the frustration. I am going to file a complaint against them
After days of efforts ultimately i managed to contact them and guess what , they are now going to send refund request for approval ? and not sure if i will get it or not so i have to call them again
