I bought a printer in October, but it never worked. They wouldn't give me a refund without charging a hefty restocking fee. I tried everything for months to get it to work, but they told me to send it to the manufacturer, Uninet *** solutions. Unfortunately, Uninet lost my printer during shipping and they claim it's not their fault because I bought it from Garment Printer Ink. Garment Printer Ink, on the other hand, says it's not their fault because they didn't lose it. They were the ones who told me to ship it to Uninet because they didn't know what was wrong with it. I already filed a complaint against Uninet, and now they're sending me upset emails about it.

Our experience with this company has been the worst. We purchased a Ricoh printer from them back in October , and they were so energetic and on point when it came to making the sale. We received our $23,000 printer left outside of our garage door from the shipping company, while this printer had a huge label stating "high value printer". After three months of owning this printer, we experienced white print head problems, and they recommended to swap it out after two weeks of doing nothing about the issue. Now I have spent about $3000 in parts, and the machine is still inoperative. This company, from the manager to the support personnel, has stopped responding to our support calls and has just taken our money and disappeared. 0 in rating.

I bought a Ricoh *** printer from this company on November 18th for $16,845. However, I started having issues with the printer within a week of receiving it. I run a small business where I design and print clothing products. I tried reaching out to Garment Printer Ink multiple times, but they didn't return my calls for weeks. They attempted to guide me through fixing the error, but also tried to blame me for the problems with the supposedly new printer. They did send me several parts, but unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue. I had to go without a printer for over 2 months.

I decided to contact Ricoh directly and provided them with the serial number. They informed me that the serial number was not on file and suggested that the printer may have been refurbished, even though I was sold a new one. Eventually, Garment Printer Ink asked me to return the printer, and they sent me a replacement. However, within a week, the new printer started experiencing problems as well. I have been trying to reach them again, leaving numerous messages, but they haven't responded. This has left me without a printer, and my business is suffering greatly because I can't fulfill my customers' orders. I am losing profit, and my business's reputation is deteriorating.

I bought a printer and shaker from GPI. It came to my yard on a pallet without a signature and was damaged on the side. I took time off work to set up the printer. They didn't know how to set it up properly. I spent 10 hours on the phone with them. They didn't set up the program correctly at all. The printer arrived without the registration and the right chips for each cartridge. They told me to use a random chip to make it work. I've been trying to contact them but they haven't responded for several business days. I've left multiple voicemails but they haven't called back. I spent $23k on this and there's been a different problem every day. I asked them to pick up the printer but they just keep saying they'll fix it, which hasn't happened. The program on the laptop was also set up incorrectly. I had to get someone else to set it up properly, not GPI or STS. They haven't reached out to me to fix any of the issues even though I've had the printer for over 3 weeks. I've wasted so much time and money on this with no help from GPI. The white ink hasn't worked, it leaves streaks and is see-through, and no one has helped me fix it. I've attached pictures of the different problems I've had.
