I took my car to Luther Brookdale Honda to get a dent removed and have the hood painted. However, they ended up doing touch-up paint and accidentally splattered it in an area that wasn't supposed to be painted. On top of that, there was some 3m tape left on the car. It's obvious that they didn't do what they said they would do!

I bought a 2019 Honda CR-V in May , and it had over 11,000 miles on it. But guess what? The engine started smoking just a month later. I took it to the service department, and they said nothing was wrong, blaming it on some water on the engine. Can you believe that? Two weeks pass, and the engine starts smoking again, and I'm not talking about a little puff of smoke. No, this smoke is so thick that it covers half of the windshield and even reaches the passenger window. I called to make another appointment, and the same service tech who looked at my car before called me back. He said they can't do anything because the issue doesn't happen often enough. Can you believe that? And to top it off, he hung up on me. Now I'm stuck with a practically new car that could catch fire any minute, all because the smoking doesn't happen often enough. Can you believe that?

I bought new tires on November 12th, and on 11/19, the dealership told me that I have a bulge in one of the tires. The clerk lied at least twice to me. My main complaint was that when I drive at least 70mph my car starts to wobble. The clerk told me that they took my car on a test drive, and confirmed what I was saying about wobbling. I asked him, "where did you guys take my car, that you did at least 70 mph, and he said, just right out here", he pointed to 694. I said, so you guys were speeding in my car in a 60mph speed limit? he said so let me ask you this, where were you driving 70 mph? i explained that I live in Rogers, MN and on the west side of Maple Grove, the speed limit is 70. Then he flung the door open, raised his hands and said, what highways around here are 70? he came back saying they went out west, towards st. cloud. I went and talked to the manager, who said people go 70 all the time on 694. He defended the clerk. I was given a couple of repairs to do, which I cannot afford. the main thing here is, on Nov 19, 2020, the clerk lied a second time, saying that the last time I was in, he told me about the bulge in the tire. If that were possible, then I was given phony tire(s), because the last time i was in, was when I got the new tires on the 12th of Nov 2020. I want the dealership to provide non-defective tires. with trustworthy workers who I don't have to worry about vandalization being done to my car. I want my car repaired to the "NON WOBBLY" order it was in before the rear-sway bars and suspension was touched.

I usually try to avoid sharing stuff like this...but I am absolutely disgusted by how Luther Brookdale Honda and their GM Jim *** treat their customers during a pandemic. Story below: I am self-employed and due to COVID-19, I don't have any income coming in at this time. I called the for financing to see if they could help stop payment for a month or 2 to help. I was unable to get through due to a high call volume. So I called the store and spoke with Adam *** in Finance. He gave me this number to try: . He said if I couldn't get through on that line to call back and he would help. I did not get through, so I immediately called Adam back and left a message. A day went by and I did not hear back, so I called again. Adam was off. The other finance guy said he couldn't do anything and gave me yet another number to try rather than offering good customer service and trying to help. I then requested to speak to the GM, to express how unhappy I have been with this whole process. I was transferred to Jim ***. Jim picked up the phone and started by saying "I'm about to watch the governor, can I call you back." I said "I'm a customer of yours and have a lease with you, I'd like to chat." He responded "I know you think the world revolves around you, but it doesn't. Now I'm going to go watch the governor." And hung up. I do NOT, think the world revolves around me. I am a small business owner who has zero income coming in and was looking for help. The bank we have our other auto loan was more than happy to help us out. Because most people CARE enough to help others in a pandemic situation. NOT so of this dealership. Later, Jim *** just called me back says "Who do you think you think you are? Do you know you you're talking to." And then went on to AGAIN accuse me of having a chip on my shoulder. Said that I am too call the number they gave and that they couldn't help. Adam previously said he had a rep he could contact.
