I brought my 2007 Jeep *** to Eastside Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT on September 9 because the ABS light on my dashboard was on. I have never been more frustrated in my entire life. I ended up spending over $1,050, and my car came out in worse condition than when I brought it in. Nothing was fixed. It seemed like they were just guessing and trying different things without any success. They charged me $952 for labor and $136 for parts just to replace a wheel speed sensor. I must say that Karen, the service advisor, was amazing. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall service I received. I trusted that you guys had my best interest in mind, but now I have no money left to fix the actual problem. Who charges $952 just to diagnose an ABS error light? It's not cool, guys.

from the staff as i felt very pushed in duress and was not in my right mind of unconscionability to trade my 2015 truck to a truck i could not afford because they put i was making 6700 a month where not i was not working since 2020 I have been on aish since 2021 .i sent a demand letter as well to east side dodge ceo and have been talking to a lawyer about my issue i really hope i get help i am getting very stressed i have included added documents

wen i got my jeep from eastside dodge chrysler jeep ram fiat, they told me i would get a $1000 discount but they didnt take the money off the price. they also said they did a bunch of services but they lied about some of them. they said the air conditioner worked but it didnt. they said they changed the oil but the message board said they didnt. they needed to replace the 3M but they didnt do it. i told them about a dent but they ignored it. i talked to *** and they fixed the air conditioner and license plate holder. they tried to fix the 3M but made it worse. i talked to the manager *** but they treated me bad and ignored me. i have text messages to prove it. this dealership is dishonest and

My dad went to Eastside Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram FIAT to get his car serviced because a few lights were on in his dashboard. I suggested that he get a brake fluid flush done. When he arrived at the dealership, they offered him a scan for $160, but he decided to go with the brake fluid flush instead, which cost around $162. He called me later to let me know that the lights were still on. My friend came and scanned his car, and it turned out that the ABS module might need to be replaced. My friend asked me to call the service advisor and inquire about whether they bled the lines and the ABS system during the service. The service advisor, whom I will refer to as ***, claimed that they did. However, my friend knew right away that this was not true because the ABS error code would prevent the service from being completed. So, I asked my friend to speak on my behalf and I three-wayed the call with ***. My friend asked *** how the service was completed despite the error code for the ABS system. We were curious because during a brake flush, they would have had to use a scan tool to flush the ABS module. *** was extremely rude and kept interrupting us, refusing to let us finish our question. She repeatedly asked, "What do you want from me?" Eventually, we requested to speak to the manager, but *** conveniently claimed that he had already left for the day, even though it was only 11:30 am. She then abruptly hung up on us while we were still trying to talk to her. I would appreciate it if a manager could contact me to discuss this matter further. I never expected such unprofessional behavior from a dealership.

I went to the store to check out a vehicle and get a quote, but before I could do anything, they asked for my credit card for a $500 deposit. I wasn't sure about giving my card, but the salesman said it was refundable and part of the procedure. I've never had to do that at other dealerships before. It was a bit strange. The salesman then started giving me prices way higher than what was advertised online and kept pressuring me and my spouse, saying it was the best offer. It felt like they were trying to trick us. I listened to him for about an hour, but when he still didn't give us the actual price, I showed him the exact price on my phone. It was a total rip-off. We told them we could come back the next day to discuss it further, but they wouldn't let us leave. They were constantly pushing us to buy the vehicle. Since it was my first time looking for a new vehicle, I felt trapped. The next day, I called them and said I couldn't buy the vehicle because it was overpriced, and I wanted my deposit back like they promised. Instead of giving me my money back, they argued with me and said I should just buy the vehicle. They said they had spent time on me, so they wouldn't return my money. I spoke to the sales manager, and he said they needed to make money too. I kept asking about my money, but he kept pressuring me to buy the vehicle. After spending over two hours at the store talking to them, I felt hopeless and left. As I was leaving, the same manager told me not to come back. Their attitude completely changed.
