I bought a car from Kian Auto last month. The car got some big ray damage, and Kian said it was just regular wear and tear. But when I looked into it more, I found out that Kian had used duck tape to fix the *** rat damage on the car. Now the car is not safe to drive, and Kian won't cover the repair costs.

I'm Julien *** and I need help with a problem I had with *** sale at *** address : ***. They sold me a car that was completely damaged, even though they knew about all the issues it had when I bought it. The engineer at *** confirmed this. I made a $4000 down payment and ended up driving the car for less than a day before I started noticing a lot of problems. The dealership was not cooperative at all and took advantage of me. I had to spend over $1500 on diagnostics and moving the car around because it was undrivable. Finally, after putting a lot of pressure on the bank, they came and took the car back from me.

On 12/20/2022, I talked to *** 'bout a car I found on Carmax. I told him I was gonna swing by on Saturday to check it out, and he said if I gave him $300.00, he'd hold the car for me. I asked if I could get my money back if I didn't show up, and he said yeah. But if I did show up, he'd keep it. So, when I got there, the car didn't look nothin' like the pictures. The tires were flat and had no tread left. When I brought all this up to him, he got all offended and even more mad when I said I ain't buyin' the car 'cause it wasn't what it was supposed to be. *** straight up refused to give me my money back.

I bought a car from Kian Auto Sales on August 12 for $5,200. I also got a warranty for $1,872 from Kian Auto Sales partnered with AUL. On October 13th, I took the car to *** because the check engine light came on. They did a 5 point inspection and told me that the car needed repairs costing $4,322.71. I had to pay $685.46, and the warranty company would cover the rest. I can show you the documents for the repairs if you want. Since the warranty covered most of the repairs, I decided to get *** to do them.

Then, on January 31, 2022, I couldn't turn the wheel or start the car. I had it towed to *** and they said the wheel lock/ignition needed to be replaced. Even though the warranty pamphlet said it was covered, they refused to pay for it. So, I had to pay $1,322.68. I can show you the documentation for this repair too, but I need to get a better copy from the service department.

And again, around May 13th, 2022, my Daughter was driving the car to work when it suddenly stopped accelerating. We had it towed to *** and they said the transmission was bad. It would cost around $8,000 to fix or replace it. I can give you more information about this if you want. I found out that there was a cap on the warranty and they wouldn't cover this repair. Also, Kian Auto Sales didn't give me all the information about the warranty contract, they only gave me page 1 out of 6.
