We bought a 2022 *** bronco sport on June 24th, 2022 and traded in a 2021 *** Explorer. Aaron *** was supposed to pay off the Explorer to *** of America, but as of today, July 25th, 2022, *** of America still hasn't been paid. They keep calling us! We've been to Aaron *** multiple times in the past few days to talk about this, and they said they paid it on July 18th, 2022. But when we went to see them again, they said they sent the check on July 15th. We think Aaron *** is a shady dealership! It's July 25th, 2022 now, and the *** Explorer still hasn't been paid off. If they don't get the payoff by the end of the month, it'll go to the credit bureau!

The dealership didn't sell me the car at the price they advertised. The assistant manager was rude and insulting, and he got caught lying. They purposely took 5.5 hours to finish the sale, hoping I would cancel so they could sell it for more money. I ended up buying it for $36,787 instead of the advertised price of $35,000. I asked multiple times for the inspection report that they used to justify the price increase, but they refused to give it to me. I have proof of the advertised price. The manager tried to explain that "advertised" didn't mean the price shown on their website. He promised twice to sell it for $35,000 if they didn't spend any money on the inspection, but the next day we found out (I had a witness) that they didn't do any work, only the inspection - maybe. The whole purchase took two days, and the 5.5 hours were spent on the second day waiting for the paperwork to be completed.

On November 9th, I made an online order for a 2022 *** Bronco at Aaron Ford of Poway. The internet sales manager guided me through the process. I specifically requested the sound deadening headliner as part of my order (see attached). The manager then sent our order to *** without asking any more questions. On March 18th, 2022, we went to pick up our new vehicle. However, we noticed that the sound deadening headliner was missing. The dealership informed us that we would have to purchase it ourselves. It's important to note that if the order had been placed correctly, the headliner would have been a free option. But now, if we want it, we have to pay $409.99 plus a $30 installation fee. We've been in contact with the internet sales manager and service manager at Aaron Ford of Poway, but they haven't made any effort to resolve this issue. They also haven't responded to our inquiries. So, we're seeking assistance to resolve this problem and obtain the missing item from the dealership. My transaction tracking number is my vehicle VIN number:

10/23/22 *** Plan and Maintenance Plan were bought with a new 2022 Mustang Mach-E *** Route 1 from Aaron Ford of Poway. The price of these 2 service plans was included in the financed amount, which was financed through *** Credit. 10/24/22 Called the Finance to cancel plans. Was told that all the paperwork had been submitted to *** Credit and was asked to wait for a few days then call back. 11/3/22 Signed the cancellation form and emailed it back to the dealership. 11/8/22 Emailed the Finance to follow up on the cancellation. Received confirmation of receiving the signed cancellation form. 12/9/22 More than 30 days passed, emailed the dealership to check the status of cancellation. Reply saying it would be checked on. 12/14/22 Emailed the Finance again about my refund. 12/15/22 Called *** Protect Administration Hot Line, ***, about cancelling my 2 service plans. Was told as of 12/15/22, my 2 service plans were still ACTIVE, no cancellation had been submitted. Emailed the signed cancellation form, the one sent to Aaron on 11/3/2022, to the *** Protect Administration Hot Line. They cancelled my 2 service plans for me. They said I will get a full refund of $7,755. 12/16/22 Got an email from the Finance to assure me the refund will be reflected in my account by the following week. 12/21/22 Sent a follow-up email about my refund. 12/22/22 Called *** Protect Administration Hot Line again. Was told that my service plans had been cancelled and they had issued the refund statement to my dealership on 12/17/22. The dealership should refund me soon after they receive the statement. Sent an email to the Finance to request a date of refund. 12/23/22 The Finance of Aaron Ford of Poway responded to my email and said they will find out the date. Apparently Aaron Ford of Poway is holding my refund and I have to pay the interest on it every day. THIS IS *** WRONG!
