My round trip ticket #2207413552316 Orlando MCO to Sofia, June 1st, 2026 and back on June 17, 2026. On May 27 I was very sick & after a hospital visit & referral back to my doctor I was told I can not travel because of very high blood pressure, danger of stroke & absolutely to avoid any prolonged travel. I cancelled my ticket on 3-4 days prior to my flight, submitted documents as a proof & still was denied any refunds in compensation in accordance with Art. 7 EU Regulation no. 261/2004 for Humanitarian reasons. The booking agency record locator K5RH5Y response - I must be terminally ill or fully disabled? Why anybody in that condition will even buy a ticket? People do get sick & not be able to travel forever or for a very long time, you need to honor International travel law.

Claimed loss: $1298

Desired outcome: Please refund my cancelled round trip ticket #2207413552316.
