They won’t verify my account even though I have been emailing them for a week now I have over 20 emails back-and-forth then refusing to answer my questions and refusing to verify my bank information so that I can withdraw my SC winnings. So I went on Facebook since my email was attached to that one and change my email to my current one and now they’re bringing up all these issues why I have two accounts but I don’t the email just changed from trying to get verified can you verify me so I can please get my money because this is not right I spent a lot of money on this online slot machine just to have it stolen from me

The back-and-forth emails without any resolution must be exasperating. Changing your email to get verified shouldn't result in such complications, and it's unfair that they're now questioning your account status instead of addressing the original issue.

You deserve to have your account verified and your winnings accessible, especially after spending a significant amount of money. I hope LuckyLand Slots rectifies this situation soon and allows you to withdraw your funds.

LuckyLand Slots 200.00 winnings

My first time playing luckyland slots I won 281.25. All of my information was submitted and verified but because my financial institution didn't have my new address on the financial statement I was denied my 200.00 redemption. I only decided to accept 200.00. I was informed by one of luckyland cs reps that it didn't matter if my address didn't match my ID card current address, mind you I been with this institution over 40 years. To make a long story short luckyland denied me my winnings. I can't understand why keep playing after allowed to purchase sweep coins, then winning, yet denied because of an error that's not my fault. The financial institution said they will send in 3 days a statement with my current address. The document has every thing on it my name, account number the items luckyland request yet they refuse to honor my winning redemption. I have submitted the financial document 3 times and yet luckyland keeps denying it. They know it'sme my name is all over it. I rather luckyland acknowledge their mistake and pay me what they owe me. I won 281.25 on 5/30/2024 between a little before or after 2:00 AM. Thank you.

Desired outcome: I would like for luckyland to pay me and disregard the old address on my financial statement.

LuckyLand Slots My card being charged

I have over 1800 dollars in charges from lucky land casino on my card that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I contacted lucky land casino immediately once I saw the charges. They claim once they have an update they will get back to me. This was all the money I had that was taken from my account over and over again until nothing was left. How can they just allow my card to be used on their site without even verifying anything. Now I have to wait until they decide to contact me back. This is so frustrating. Now I could potentially end up homeless if they don’t act quickly.

LuckyLand Slots My account being deactivated and my money was on there it was nvr sent to my bank account and I would like to be reimbursed

On march 12 I got on lucky land and started playing slots before I did I was verified I paid for cash and coins ended up hitting for $98:87 I redeemed $90:00 of it did all my info and got verified the next day I get an email telling me my account is deactivated bc I guess something didn’t match my name or where I live when that’s not possible bc my drivers license has the exact same info on it as my bank card and the way I purchased the money was threw my Apple Pay but at the end of the day that 90 dollars was rightfully mine weather my account was deactivated or not and it was not sent to my bank account I had on file and it was verified by u guys so if I can’t get my account back I want my 90 dollars refunded back to me I won that fair and square

LuckyLand Slots Unauthorized charges

This is reference to a refund claim that has yet to be settled under the email [protected]@gmail.com. I was told to use the original ticket number to address this issue but get no response. I have agreed to settle for half of the unauthorized charges. I am not going to let this issue go until I get a resolution. I am going to submit my issue with your site online with BBB and pissed consumer as well as others. I will be emailing you multiple times a day until resolved. I think ignoring the issue will only make it worse on your part. Hope to hear from you soon with a resolve. Thank you

LuckyLand Slots Charged my credit card with $18,000 in fraud

In 2 months Luckyland online got a hold of my credit card number and charged me over $18,000.00. I went to my bank and filled a fraud complaint. They removed the cgarges. 2 months later they put the charges back on my card and stated that Luckyland had my email and IP address so it was not fraud. My bank said an IP address can not be stolen or hacked, I found out this also is not ture.

I have tried over and over to reach them with the only reponse is We Luckyland sent all response to your bank. Nothing more they will do.

I have never used this site and have never gambled.

I am at a loss as to what I can do next.

I have been a LuckyLand Slots member for well of 5 years or so - I havent had any problems with them what so ever never had to jump thru hoops if i had issues always got prompt service responses- on 1/12/24- I redeemed 70 to my LuckyLand Mastercard & later on I went to the local store where I live got some gas and a drink- i went to pay with the LuckyLand Mastercard- she told me it was declined & the card only had 17.11 on it- I advised Id pay cash and ask if it took the 17.11 from my card or if it was still there she assured me it was there still and wasnt debited from the account- i checked my account it had been debited i went back to the store she informed me it wasnt and gave a reciept showing the card had been declined- 2 days later it was still debited from my account - i called the store again they informed it wasnt on their end of the transaction i needed to contact my issuer so i mess luckyland-after going thru 4 or 5 different people in the help desk i then got `1 to understand that it was a purchase not made within the game blah blah long story short once i get this understood i then get a mess in email stating my game account had been suspeneded until further notice for fraud- i went off- 1 it wasnt fraud 2 i took full responbiliity for using the card at the store to start with and 3 there wasnt a point what so ever in suspened my account period- so when all this was taken care of and the transaction had been put back on my card nothing to do with either luckyland or the store it was just a computer glitch that held the money until it saw the transaction didnt got thru- i advised LLS of this and ask my account be back on - this is now the 18 of jan nearly a week my account has been suspened ive NOW lost my Log IN streak fully if i even get to get the account back on - i get emails from you all saying i needed to sign every transaction that was sent in the email there wasnt an attachement took 3 other customer serivce reps and emails to advise that i needed to log in to zendesk to complete this- after i already without having the account up and going mind you had sent a list typed out of the last 4 or 5 transactions that particular day and the rough amount totals of them was infromed this wasnt good enough and needed further proof so log in to zendesk- it has 5 transaction sheets for me to download aslo i was ask to verify my log in info login name and password being i signed in with my facebook i didnt feel this was approprate given my personal info for my account out there but i did then it wasnt what they had that is bullcrap i literally sent everything then was ask to do it again and that my note on the pages stating my name AND taking full responsibilities for all transacions and signed electronically wasnt good enough bc it needed to match my id i was ask to send in as well -- i already had advised i do not have a scanner printer and wasnt able to do this- i never had to to get the mastercard nor anything else-- and yet here it is a week later and my account is stilll inactive

LuckyLand Slots Payment not received

I have had my luckyland account for I know at least 5 years, I have never had a issue redeeming money... Now that I won a large sum of money over $16,000 dollars they deactivated my account and have not paid me my winnings! They are saying I have multiple accounts in which I do not I only have one account and it is the account I have always used for the past 5 years...

Redeemed over $16,000 on the 16th it's been processing and then the evening of the 17th after making several deposits my account is deactivated!

LuckyLand Slots Closed account and withheld winnings for a reason that isn't true

Today being 11/24/23, well about less than a week ago I want to say I created a luckyland slots casino account for the first time ever not even knowing they have some relation to a chumba casino, again didn't even know chumba casino existed. Well I had received a$10 bonus for signing up and verifying my phone number like everyone else who does the same thing gets I'm assuming. Anyways I ended up winning $3500 off of my bonus which they even said it was able to be withdrawn into my bank account only after I do some identity verification with submitting my ID, front and back, and the taking a selfie with some third party site to verify it was me. So I did all that like I was asked and I won the money fair and square. It says withdrawal take 3-7 days to get to your account so ok I'll wait the days for it to hit my account. Then yesterday I get a email saying something about I had a Chumba casino account and it had chargebacks or something like that. So considering I never heard of chumba casino before I'm dumbfounded on how I had a account with them and why does that matter anyways I was playing at Luckyland slots casino not chumba but i guess they are the same company. So I email them back telling them how can this be I never even knew about the site chumba and did they do the same identity verification with the chumba account as they did with me to know it really was me that had this chumba account and obviously no they didn't because i never had an account therefore I never did any verification for chumba and before you do the verification process for Luckyland it says that it is in place to prevent fraud so how can they say I had an account with chumba if they never did any verification someone probably used my name. My identity was stolen years back and I had lots of other issues but the point is I never had a chumba casino account and I think because of the amount I'm trying to withdraw is such a big amount they just don't want to pay it. Well they did finally email me back after 3 emails to them saying it's their final decision and that's that they couldn't provide me anymore information like I asked of them or anything but this is not right I won fair and square and I want my prize I won. The picture I posted is just the first big win I had like I said it totaled to $3,500 I had total in my account and they just said nope your account closed with no proof or explanation to me except lies lies lies Luckyland I thought was a good casino but I was wrong this is why I never wanted to play online casinos before

LuckyLand Slots Postal requests for sweepscoins

Have Been waiting for 7 weeks for postal Requests to be added to my account. As of Yesterday, November 23rd i have an email From Jennie, stating that there are 78 entries ready to be processed. This Morning, November 24th at around just past 1am i recieve 1 entry of SC 5.00 to my account. You can imagine to my surprise this morning, only receiving that and not what i was informed of the day before with jennie. I've emailed them over and over with no repsonse. At this point i'm tired, and can't handle this. They legally must credit the postal Requests as it violates the Gambling laws. So im going file a complaint with the FBI cyber crime Lottery sweepstakes division.

LuckyLand Slots I won 665.72 I played it down to 500 then redeemed it I only got 108 from 500 then gor 4 from a 60 dollar one

Furthermore, we found that you had SC 665.72 on [protected]:38:21 PT while playing Stampede Fury 2. Then, you sent a prize redemption request for SC 100 on [protected]:58:07 If I keep taking the text off you will miss my point PT leaving you with SC 8.72. From then, you played Sultan of Spins and Stampede Fury 2 until [protected]:21:51 PT leaving you with SC 3.94.

Claimed loss: 392.00 from 500 and also 56 from 60 only got 4 dollars was my very first win and was just sick why I played down to 500 cause I had 665.72 winnings

You are robbing🆘 me of my account executive which I earned based on your criteria and all the money💰 i've spent during the many, many, many years i've been playing luckyland slots! 😵 loosing❌ my account executive means I lose my monthly sc (free money 💵on the game) which was about $600 but you lowered me to $200 recently! 😖 oh don't forget the random sc I get all month while waiting for my monthly sc! LuckyLand Slots Account deactivation

Hello:

This is to let you know that my account has been deactivated because I do not have access to [protected]@optimum.net. This account is closed due to a virus. I have a new email address [protected]@icloud.com. Why are you not allowing me to play? I made a mistake by creating an account and not letting you know that it was a new account. Please, I just wanna play again. I just filed another complaint with the BBB regarding this. I’m NOT asking to redeem the $100.00 I won. When I tried to retrieve the Facebook account affiliated with [protected]@optimum.net the account was closed, deactivated by Optimum. I could not get access to something that is closed. I’ve done all I could to have my account reactivated but since my account is still deactivat3d, I have no choice but to file another complaint with BBB. Emailing you back and forth does not work, Since I could not get a phone number, then I have no choice but to file a complaint with BBB.

Desired outcome: Reactivation of my account so I can play the game again. [protected]@optimum.net is not functioning.

LuckyLand Slots Account deactivation

My account has been deactivated since October 2023. I tried everything to verify my account. IU tried everything's from emailing my ID and bank statement to emailing my photo that has my name , driver's license. I gave them my new email address and my account is still deactivated and still cannot play the game. I truly would like to know what is going on. I'm thinking whether or not I should file another complaint with BBB.

Desired outcome: Reactivate my account with my new email address. All I want to do is play againb.

LuckyLand Slots Redeeming cash prize / verification process

Yesterday evening on October 13th 2023, I requested to verify my identity and Bank information with lucky land slots. Upon protocol, I submitted my bank information which was pending verification, but needed to change my email address and phone number as I do not have access to neither or not I submitted when originally creating my account and linking it to my facebook. [protected]@luckylandslots.com requested that I submit a picture of my ID with a note with the time and date of the picture taken which was no big deal. When I woke up this morning, October 14th 2023- I have an email in my inbox and I'm expecting it to say that I'm golden to cash out my cash prizes. However, it states that they have closed my lucky land account and claim that I have had a different account in the past which has also been closed. I'm not saying that they are trying to fraud me and take my bank account information, or even keep my cash prizes away from me.. however, let me be the first person to tell you that I do not have another luckyland account and would appreciate getting to the bottom of this. Getting to the bottom of this would mean that lucky land would make it so that I could redeem my cash price, and also in a not super hassle full way. If for some reason lucky land will not redeem my cash prize, I would like a refund for each and every 5ansaction I have ever made with them because the goods and services would not be received in that scenario and I have put plenty of money into the website with not fulfilled satisfaction for me from their end.

Desired outcome: To redeem my prizes with luckyland, get my acct reactivated/verified. If they will not come to an agreement & allow these this to happen, I would like a refund for all transactions I've made to them.

LuckyLand Slots Account Deactivation and Redemption Issue

I o ly made one mistake which was created another account without contacting luckyland that the original email on the account was deactivated and has been closed.I cannot reopen the same email after it was closed . When I created this new email, I believe everything was OK. I won $100.00 . I used my bank account that has my name and address. Then I uploaded my driver's license which has my name and address on it. I cannot believe that my funds cannot be redeemed is because of a lousy email issue. THIS IS STUPID. You have my bank account and my driver's license

LuckyLand Slots Luckyland Casino

Luckyland Casino makes claims of having a high win ratio for its customers but this is misleading. Its customers rarely win and if they do, they win a small percentage of what they bet unless they are betting using only digital fake money.

If they are using digital fake gold coins, they win a lot and a bigger ratio.

If they are betting real money, SC, then they loses more frequently and a lower percentage of what they bet.

That should be told to the customers.

Chumba Casino is the same.

LuckyLand Slots Unable to use purchased coins

I had a transaction on my account made by my mom, she disputed the charge with her bank and resolved it later. My account was locked and I have not been able to use the coins I purchased prior to my account lock.

I have been in contact with support multiple times over several days and nothing is getting resolved. We are going in circles.

Part of me thinks this is on purpose because I have a large win pending payment to my bank.

Desired outcome: I would like my account unlocked since the chargeback has been resolved.

LuckyLand Slots Redemption of $401

On July 28, 2023I deactivated my account but had one $401. I have been trying since then to get my money I have done everything they have asked. I have so many emails going back-and-forth and all they keep doing is sending me a form letter saying that I’ll look into it. I have even asked if they would send me a gift card instead of putting in my bank and I get no answer from them. If you would like a copy of all the emails I can send them to you I would just like to get my money from them.
