10/23/22 - worst customer service ever. They don’t have their act together and to top it off their workers are not helpful. No sense of compassion. Firstly, it was hard to get a live person on the phone. I called to ensure they filled the order before going down to pick up prescription. They said all looks good and to give them 2hrs. It was 10:30am. Next I get an auto text that said prescription not covered…click on text link…. It goes to a page that says info not available please call. Called and waited forever on hold…finally spoke to someone & I explained this same prescription was picked up and covered in the past and it’s the same insurance (no changes). She assured it “is” covered and said the wait time is extended, it was now almost noon. Assured me it would be ready before 1:30p. Got to the pharmacy at 2pm. Waited in line only to be told it’s still not ready. After another 1/2hr was called to the counter only to be told…. We are out of stock! No apologies or compassion. Why was this not caught at the 1st phone call? Girl at the counter had an attitude. Wouldn’t even help by calling their other location to see if they had it in stock. Would only say…you can go there but no guarantees. Do yourself a favor skip longs and go elsewhere…. Where people actually care.
