I almost had a nervous breakdown using your machine. I love this store, been coming here for 14 years - what's up with the robots? First, it is at volume level 10. Then, when I hit finish and pay, it said "scan your coupon" - I did, and there was nothing deducted. The helper explained I needed to put the coupon in the slot. I did that and still, the balance stayed the same. I told him "forget it!" and was walking out the door when he said "wait, the total went down" I'm sorry, but why doesn't the total go down as soon as you scan the coupon? I'm not usually angry by 9 am, but I tried 4 times to get this thing to work and when I asked to use a regular cashier he said she was on break - You don't have more than one cashier?
Desired outcome: Really need to turn the volume down.Its bad for the clients and the poor man working there. Have a real checker at all times because some disabled people can't use computers.
