AAA Fast Repairs

AAA Fast Repairs came in and fixed my circuit board on my refrigerator the same day I called, in less than an hour! The technician was so polite and helpful. I also have dogs and he was so friendly with them! AAA Fast Repairs and their team are amazing! I highly recommend them:)

Long story short, this firm had indicated in its invoice that in the event the attempted repair of our refrigerator didn't resolve our problem, we were, within a 30-day failure window, due a Start Device Warrant Refund of 50%. I contacted this firm four different times, twice by phone and twice by email. It is now a month since we reported the repair failure and requested the refund, but have received nothing from the firm, not even a communication much less a financial satisfaction.

Do not use this company! I had an appt scheduled for a Saturday and sat around all day waiting for this company to show up! They never did and didn't even call me to say they weren't coming! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I will never use them in the future nor will I recommend them to anyone!

The service was great; the technician worked on the problem and thought he had made the correct diagnosis. However, my water line was stopped up, which caused a misdiagnosis of the problem. I notified them, and they completely refunded the money for the service call and apologized for the error. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism.

From our first call to the main office, to the moment they arrived at our doorstep -we were impressed. They were timely, professional and very friendly. They explained the nature of our problem, offered solutions, and timely performed their repairs. At a time when there are so many uncertainties in the world, you can depend on these folks to take care of your problem honestly, fairly and efficiently. Again, congratulations to AAA Fast Repairs, our technician, and his support staff. Job well done. You earned a customer for life.

I just want to say how pleased I was with services AAA Fast Repairs performed for me on my refrigerator. I called at 8:00 pm on a Tuesday night and AAA Fast Repairs was at my home by 10:00 am the next day. They diagnosed and had the fan with them to get my refrigerator up and running all within 60 mins. If that's not FAST! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The staff that answered the phones were so polite and helpful all the way up to AAA Fast Repairs showing up at my home. Thank you so much for the awesome, professional service.

WOW! Nothing Less than AMAZING Service! Chris was professional, FAST and FRIENDLY! I am not an easy person to impress - but these guys Over delivered. He showed me exactly what the issues were with my dryer, explained it in laymen terms and fixed it like the Pro that he is. I am just not used to that Level of service these days. I will be hiring them for ALL my appliance issues if any should arise in the future. Hopefully there are duplicate "Chrises" that work for that company. They even answer the phone when you call. If I could, I would give them ZERO stars. First of all, I contacted a service called Ponte Vedra Appliance on a Thursday and was told the earliest they could be here was on Monday. The service tech came Monday and was quite competent and diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher, but was unable to locate the part needed. He said he would be turning his paper work in at the end of the day and the office girls would be able to check more thoroughly and would call me the next day or two. No one ever called and I attempted to contact them multiple times...always a message no matter what button you push...you can NEVER CONTACT them...PERIOD. I noted that the service Invoice I received did not say Ponte Vedra Appliance as the service I contacted, but AAA Fast Repairs. I have been unable to resolve exactly how this group responded to a call to Ponte Vedra Appliance repair. I am writing this as a warning to others...BEWARE of EITHER one of these "service companies...find another option as there is something fishy going on here.
