Liberty Mutual Insurance review: Refuse to cancel

I canceled insurance from them since I got a new vehicle. I tried getting insured from them but they wanted double then what i was paying for full coverage on a truck. The new vehicle is a compact car and i was looking for liability. When i asked why it was so high and reminding i was there for over 2 years with them she flat out said we charge what ever we feel like. So i cancelled it right there on the spot and thought we parted ways. Until i looked a few days later and it was still active and the agent claimed i never cancelled this went on over 4 times on different calls before they finally cancelled it and not on the day of the first call it was the last call. Then they are refusing to refund the extra paid amount do not even think about going with these guys they will scam you and play games non stop its a huge headache to get anything cancelled.
