I walked in store 124 to return jeans. Lisa came to register to do the return. Didn't ask or say anything to me. She couldn't get scu to come up and looked at me and said you bought these from an outlet. I said yes but it says on receipt I can return anywhere. She did return and said I'll send receipt to your email. I told her no I just wanted paper receipt. She said I had no choice. She handed me my receipt and didn't say thank you. I was going to shop in the store but she was not friendly so I ask for her name. She starred at me and I said ok can I talk to your mgr. she said I am the mgr. I said well what's your name. Finally after a couple minutes she said you don't need my name. I told her I was going to call and complain and she gave me her name. Being treated like that was horrible. I could shop at any Levi store but I chose that one. She was sarcastic in front of her other employees and that made it even worse. I know Everyone has bad days but customers should be greeted and treated welcomed. Thank you store 124, transaction 15195 clerks I'd [protected]
