Les Schwab Tire Center review: Didn't do what I requested, and customer service was rude

I took my car to their Lodi, CA location on April 30,2025. I had new tires put on it and I wanted all wheel studs replaced, and a front alignment done. HOWEVER, they did NOT replace all wheel studs because they claim they didn't feel they needed to be. They NEVER called me to discuss this and let ME decide if I still wanted it done. When I called their customer service number to complain about this the person on the phone was extremely rude and argued with me about this. I feel it was NOT their call to make whether or not to replace what I requested and what was on the work order. I will NEVER return to this location or any other Les Schwab and I have told everyone I know not to go there. Oh, and they will NOT price match on tires.
