Les Schwab Tire Center review: Vehicle damage

I went in to change my left tire, as iam in the waiting room I see the women mechanic swing my door open to where I bounced and hit her back, once finished she then drove to park it while in the parking she hit the parking curb and damaged my lip to where it was ripped off, one of them tried to deny it even happend when I witnessed it from the window they stopped denying after another person said they also saw from the window, after they took off the piece she ripped off said they were gonna fix it, its the day after and the assistant manager has already stopped responding. I understand having a bad day but what do I have to do with you having a bad day and taking it out on my property its ridiculous and unproffessional.
