Multifunction oven Electrolux Eoh3h54x 72 L 2790 W A+

I ordered and paid for this oven (and other appliances) in the Leroy Merlin store at Puilboreau.

The oven was delivered from ewooow 6/6. The black plastic wrapping was removed straightaway to reveal serious damage - the oven looked as if it had been hit by the fork of a fork lift truck. The delivery van had departed. I immediately reported the damage and have sent endless photos. Ewooow say they are still "processing" the matter and will not respond to my request to have the oven replaced. How do I get the undamaged oven (I ordered and paid for) please ?

Better still, can you give me a refund and I can buy an off the shelf oven. I will then no longer have to deal with people as unprofessional and unreasonable as Leroy Merlin/Ewooow

Desired outcome: I would like an instant email response - [protected]@gmail.com - offering me a replacement oven or preferably (in view of my treatment so far) a refund.

Leroy Merlin 4 seater aluminium chill out set

Ordered this set on line in March, paid 420 euros. Had delivery of box 2/2, asked driver where box 1/2 was, very rude, pointed to some panels wrapped in plastic which I also bought.

Have been trying to resolve this ever since.

Finally had delivery week ago and guess what another box 2/2.

Company now saying I only ordered box 2/2 and if I want other 3 seats I have to pay another 799euros.

So I have paid 420 for one seat and one table. This is false advertising and cannot be legal.

If I only ordered 1 box as they say why did they deliver the second box. (The wrong box again)

Desired outcome: All I ever wanted was the other 3 seats. I still want this or pick up what is here and refund in full. I am a pensioner, but I will not give up, my next move is legal action

Leroy Merlin Damaged goods

Two sinks with base units delivered 9th May, both the delivery man and my husband knew one was smashed because the box was damaged and you could hear the smashed sink inside, they opened it on the premises to see it completely broken. The delivery man phoned the person I was with to tell her it was smashed, she speaks Spanish and had helped him find our location, I was in her car, she was taking me to the Drs. So we knew it was broken, before we arrived back to my home. She took photos and telephone Leroy Merlin, they said they would email within 24 hours. Nothing! I have phoned, emailed, filled in the online firm, so many times, I am sick of doing it, I finally received an email telling me if I did not send them certain photographs within 7 days they would close the issue! 9 photos I have sent, that’s the three they asked for sent 3 times. Still nothing. We have had to pay 3 days extra to the plumber and still he cannot complete to job. In the end I ordered another model because it stated the other was out of stock. The plumber fetched it today, that’s damaged in two places, so we can it use that one either, so far we are out of pocket over 350 euros, plus we have paid the plumbers for 3 extra days, and still cannot finish the work. Leroy Merlin have zero customer service, it’s absolutely appalling.

Desired outcome: We want the money back for the two damaged items plus the carriage charges. The plumber had to go 30 km to pick one up, because the Carrier will not deliver it.

Leroy Merlin Full repayment

Good morning
Last week Thursday I placed an order online at Leroy Merlin and paid by credit card.
In an hour I received an email from them canceling order and they will refund me less than what I paid.
I then contacted them and no one can give a straight answer.
I also still have not received any feedback or monies owed to me.
All they need to do is a reverse on payment received from their side.
Numerous calls and emails and resulting in no feedback.
Please assist

Leroy Merlin Online order

Arrived smashed, reported numerous times, nothing to say they will replace the item, even though we have a plumber waiting to do the work. Not a word from them it’s a week, a friend who speaks Spanish phoned and was told they would email me in 24 hours. It’s a bathroom sink with base. As soon as the driver put it down my husband could hear the noise inside the box, he knew it was smashed. So the driver is aware of it. He was the one to open it up, he may have taken a photo of it.

Leroy Merlin Solar Inverter caught alight

On Friday 5th may my solar inverter caught alight there was flames and smoke coming from the cabinet.

We tried endlessly to contact Leroy merlin to report this and they put us onto the supplier we have sent endless emails and phones calls only to be ignored the emailed and told to remove the inverter (I'm not an electrician) and send it back to xunzel.

We explained that was impossible and that I need an engineer to come and remove the inverter and replace it their reply was they will not do that and it needs returning.

I called and complained and was laughed at done the phone.

I will be going to Leroy merlin on Monday and ask to see a manager but I would like to report it to this format as well.

Leroy Merlin Delivery time and lies

I ordered pellets, 10 bags of 15kg, on the 1st of May. Delivery was to be between 3 to 5 days. It is now the 11th of May and I am still waiting. The store my order went to is in Pilea, Thessaloniki. I have contacted them on several occasions and was lied to. First I was told the pellets were not available yet but as soon as I asked for a refund they magically appeared and not only that but I was told that they had already been sent to the transportation company. I called as well to inform them of my contact phone number which was to be forwarded to the delivery company. My last call to Leroy Merlin was yesterday, I was told the transportation company had my purchase since the 5th of May. I called the transportation company today and they received my order on the 8th to further complicate matters my contact number was never given to them. The inefficiency and untruths are unacceptable, the delay has cost me money. If my calls were recorded I wish someone would check and see how untruthful the people were. This has been an unpleasant and irritating experience not to mention costly. I run a cat shelter and the pellets are used in the cat's toilets, the delay has resulted in more work for me, and more money spent to buy pellets from the pet store at twice the price not to mention anxiety and time lost making phone calls every day.

Desired outcome: It would be great if the customer service people stopped lying.

Leroy Merlin The ability to place an on line order and pay for it?

It’s impossible for me to place an online order, and proceed to payment. No matter how many emails, phone calls, I get no where things in my basket, form filled in personal information given pay? No it tells me to give phone number and modify my address I have given my phone number and my address if I could modify it or give it again the site does not let me, so, I cannot complete my order.

Leroy Merlin 23090L12962

We bought a parasol from Leroy Merlin online & the Parasol was from the Company Habitat. The parasol’s main support pole is damaged & faulty & has a bolt breaking through the metal at the top of the parasol. It is unsafe & dangerous to use this parasol.

We have asked Merlin for a refund & uplift & you have informed us that we have to deal with Habitat directly. This is a disgrace as we bought it from Leroy not Habitat. It is your responsibility to refund us & then you deal with a refund from them.
I have been in contact with Habitat via Leroy Message but not happy with their response. They are now asking us to send back the parasol & we have to pay for the refund!

Why would we as it’s FAULTY!
Why can’ Leroy uplift the parasol & refund us or why can’t we just return the item to our nearest shop in Marbella?
Please respond as soon as possible.

Leroy Merlin Pie parasol 37 Hormigon Lavado [protected]

On the 11/04/2023 i purchased a umbrella stand online , I then collected it from Leroy Merlin Mijas .

I fitted the support Tube , but each time I Put the umbrella in the pole it then became loose and would not support the umbrella securely . I tightened the holding nut several times but each time once i fitted the umbrella it became loose again , I dare not tighten it any more it will rip it out of the stand .

the Pie base IS Flaking and bits crumble of .

I would like to return the Pie and either change it for another design or be given a refund as the Pie is not fit for purpose.

Desired outcome: I would like either a refund or change it for a different model!

Il giorno 10 di Aprile, 2023 dopo che ho visto I mattoni online sul vostro sito e controllato la disponibilità a PALERMO FORUM (5 scatole), ho deciso di fare un viaggio di 3 ore per andare e comprarli. La commessa mi ha detto che erano in magazzino ma non potevano venderli perché servivano a loro per fare un’esposizione, così lui ha telefonato al PALERMO MONDELLO perché risultava che ne avevano anche loro.

Arrivando a Palermo Mondello mi hanno detto che il magazzino era chiuso e non potevano venderli ma poteva ordinarli online.Così ho ordinato e pagato online, ordine del 11 April, Numero [protected] e che erano disponibile a PALERMO FORUM lo stesso giorno. Un’ora dopo ho ricevuto una chiamato da voi con la notizia che non erano disponibile ma mi avrebbero chiamato per informami quando poteva ritiravo l’ordine. Dopo alcuni giorni, non avendo ricevuto nessuna notizia, ho chiamato lo stesso numero ma nessuno ha risposta. Dal il giorno 11 fino 17 di aprile, ho mandato tre e-mail dal vostro sito, senza di avere una risposta! Sfortunatamente, il lavoro a casa sono stati bloccati. Il 17 aprile, ho chiamato il vostro numero per informazione [protected] e l’operatore Maria mi ha detto che “l’ordine è già partita e dovevano arrivare oggi stesso or al massimo domani e l’ ha sollecitato”. Il 20 aprile, ho chiamato di nuovo allo stesso numero e l’operatore Federico mi ha detto che “dovevano arrivare oggi o domani e metteva l’ordine con priorità”.

Dopo un’ora ho ricevuto un’e-mail da voi dicendo che l’ordine ha stato annullato! Non capendo più niente, ho chiamato DI NUOVO il vostro numero per informazione [protected] e l’operatore Simonetta mi ha detto che lei ha controllato e che erano disponibile al Palermo Mondello. Mi ha consigliato di ordinare e pagare online DI NUOVO. Ho raccontato che non voleva fare un altro viaggio di tre ore con un brutto finale come già descritto sopra. Lavore bloccato, piastrellista aspettano (quante volte ho sentito che dovevano arrivare lo stesso giorno o in domani. Il peggiore di tutto è che c’è sono in magazzino a Catania (c’è sono 90 scatole!). Non aspetto una risposta da voi, perché fino ora, non mi avete mai risposta alle mie e-mail!

Leroy Merlin Pie parasol

On 11/04/2023 I collected a pie de parasol
From the Mijas Store, I then fitted the stand and put in my parasol. I have found that the plaster underneath crumbles and my parasol moves around, after checking under neath the pie all the plaster is crumbling away.
This product is not fit for purpose, it will not tighten up so that it is solid. I paid 54`99 euros and it is totally rubbish. If I tightened it up anymore it would pull straight through the crumbling plaster.
I would like either a refund or change the product to another type.

I am also providing a copy of the receipt . I dare not tighten the securing bolt or it will just rip through the Plaster (which is very dry and crumbling)

The Pie is very poorly designed and made , totally not fit for purpose .

Leroy Merlin Ordering system

Not being able to place an order by e-mail. Asked ‘chat on-line’, they say telephone. We do not have enough Spanish to understand the telephone recording, which is a very fast speaking Spanish lady. So far we have gone to Leroy Merlín, Murcia Sur and placed our orders. Unfortunately, the items we require are not at Murcia Sur. We are trying to get them sent to Murcia Sur so we can pick up when they arrive. Surely, there must be an alternative for ordering?

Leroy Merlin Online store order mess

I had purchased the Eurolux Rechargeable Box Mist fan the 23rd of January 2023 online, and used the Payflex option. My order went through and was also confirmed by Leroy Merlin via email. Yesterday (26th of January 2023) was the delivery date, and by 17:00 I emailed to determine when the delivery was coming.
The online orders assistant was amazing and answered promptly. I was told the product was out of stock. I replied saying that this was not acceptable, as my order was taken AND confirmed, and that I would lose over R400 due to making use of the Payflex option.

The morning of the 27th a manager from the Greenstone branch had contacted me giving an entire story. I told him I wanted the product and I am not okay with losing over R400 - which is evidential due to incompetency. The manager became disinterested in helping me further with the issue regarding the refunding and told me to contact a department of Leroy. My response to this was that my airtime was up and the department could phone me.

The issue is definitely not resolved and the treatment is unprofessional and not acceptable. As a consumer, I too have rights!

Desired outcome: Receiving the product OR my over R400 payment into my account.

Leroy Merlin Product ordered on system, processed paid and then told no stock.

I enquired before placing the order, no response received. the order went through for 3 *1.5*3m artifical cane. Paid. I was total 2 days later no stock, forcing me to take 2m*3 *2 @ 1600.00 as that was all that was left. Far more expensive but I was depsprate and excepted and just live with the waste of cutting it to size. I am still short of 1.5 x 3m nothing in stock. The project this was used for was to cover a balcony...now done in the plastic wood purchased as you no longer stock that and other half in the cane grey...what should I cover the last 3 meters with...any suggestion. I dont see a credit on my account as I paid more for the original order than the 2 rolls sent... really sad you treat your client's this way as your products are awesome.

Leroy Merlin Gentech inverters

Good morning

I bought 8 Gentech inverters total 100k less than 2 months ago for my stores

their main purpose is to keep our internet on, the load on them is 25% yet they last no longer than 30 minutes first month they would last 4 hours

Last week I returned one unit and you booked it for repairs and said it can take up to 3 weeks.

Now I have another 3 units I need to return, what do you suggest I do in the meantime? the cpa says if a product or item can or doesn't serve the intended purpose it was manufactured for I am entitled to a refund, so either you exchange them or repair them within 48hours or refund me my money please

This is starting to cost me money, driving up and down to your store and the inconvenience

Leroy Merlin Money not returned after asking for cash

Hi there,

I would like to raise a formal complaint as your Italian i component team should be fired.

I brought lamps to return. The return was accepted and I was given a piece of paper as a voucher to purchase something in store. After about an hour I decided to ask for cash. They refused to give it to me saying the item is broken. This is beyond redicolous. Why would you give me the refund in the first place. It was your responsibility to confirm that the item is accurate before issuing the voucher. Within that hour how am I to know if you didn’t break the item in the process. I demand the refund of 92,90. In the end she didn’t even correct the recept. I have a broken item that I can never return and I have no updated recept while she has my voucher that she will probably use for personal use

Desired outcome: Refund the full price! If I don’t speak Italian don’t treat me like an idiot

Leroy Merlin ARYA GRAY OUTDOOR TABLE 77X90X54-239CM

After being a customer for 9 years and furnishing 3 houses, this is the first complaint about blatant misrepresentation. This table is supposed to seat 8 people. It is heavy, uncomfortable, and wobbly, and does not perform as the ad indicates. I paid 75 Euros for installation and believed it would accommodate my holiday guests without being an intrusive piece of furniture, and had no reason to doubt that it would. I took it for granted that Leroy Merlin would stand by its products and had no doubts until recently when I extended it with one leaf, exactly as it is represented in your ad. I could easily use a folding card table and have more space. It should not honestly matter if it has exceeded 100 days. It is a matter of honest representation.

Desired outcome: Return the table and receive a refund, please.
