We ordered a kitchen with dishwasher it was delivered with only two legs went in on Friday to ask was told to contact the manufacturer myself, so I did they did not speak English so went back to store yesterday (Monday) spoke to a woman in kitchen dept she said you not speak Spanish not my problem you have to sort it yourself so rude! She then threw a piece of paper at me with a telephone on, so I rang there and then still could not understand what they were saying I asked if she could help with translation again she said not my problem you don’t understand. I asked if they had a dishwasher in store we could have the two legs off, she said we have in store but no we can not do that.
Very unpleasant attitude and rude, we then went to complain at information desk where a lovely friendly lady said she would order us two legs. This lady in kitchens needs to be taught customer service skills
Desired outcome: The lady to be reprimanded for her attitude all we wanted was two legs so kitchen fitters could complete our lovely kitchen

You got treated like a problem instead of a paying customer — no help, no effort, just attitude and finger-pointing. Throwing paper at you and brushing you off because you don’t speak the language? Absolutely unacceptable. Good on the info desk lady for stepping up, but that kitchen rep flat-out failed her job. You didn’t pay for missing parts and a language barrier — you paid for a complete product and basic respect.
Exactly so rude won’t be going in there again
