Purchased 2 sectional couches worth 12000.00 ordered custom as I needed the square middle (centre) piece to fit my living room. (was fine with waiting) arrived middle of may. My living room was not ready for them yet, so I explained to them it will be approx. 2 weeks until I can pick them up and that I wanted the protection package applied. The day before picking up I called to let them know I will pick it up the next day and asked if protection package was applied. The said no and that they will get it done. I arrived the next day to pick items up and protection package was not complete. Waited 2 hours for them to complete it. (which it should sit for 24 hours after completion.) then they loaded it. After loading it all than proceeded to tell us there is a broken piece. After getting it home we got it all unwrapped and it was not wet at all from the protection package like it was not even done. Once putting it together noticed that those square centers in the middle of the couch were rounded. It will not fit in my living room with the rounded centers. The salesperson even took measurements. To top it all of the wrong piece was sent for one of the couches so the arm rest is on the wrong side. With everything we have not talked to one person that is wanting to fix the issues. They have re ordered the broken piece and the right piece but I cannot fit the seconal with the rounded middle that is not what I ordered.
Desired outcome: want the proper middle pieces as well as the end piece. want the protection package done and want something done to make up for this horrible experience.Need the middle pieces to be the square middles that we asked for not the round.
