I visited the Nex outlet at 19.30 20 June 2025 to inquire about making an appointment for eyes test. A staff member, Vee, seemed too busy to assist me, despite my offer to wait. After waiting, she prioritized other customers, ignored me, and even walked away when I approached her. When she finally attended to me, she was dismissive and unhelpful. After making an appointment, I received a missed call and returned to the shop, only to be ignored again by Vee. Fortunately, another staff member (Wilfred Koh) stepped in and provided excellent service, even mentioning to Vee, she had intentionally ignored me. He even said sorry to me. I'm filing an official complaint about Vee's terrible customer service, one of the worst. You can retrieve the cctv to check the fact.
