Ray-Ban Ray-Ban's Return Policy Falls Short: A Disappointing Experience

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Ray-Ban's return policy. They say they'll take back your shades within 60 days, but when I tried to create a return label on their website, no dice. Now I'm stuck with two pairs of sunglasses that I'm never gonna wear and a whopping $280 down the drain. Not cool, Ray-Ban. Not cool at all.

Ray-Ban Customized Sunglasses with Mistake - Frustrating Customer Service Experience

I bought a pair of sunnies that I had customized to my liking, but when I received them, there was a mistake on them. I've been trying to get in touch with the company, but I can't seem to get through on the phone. I even sent two emails, but I haven't heard anything back yet. This was supposed to be a Christmas present, so I'm pretty bummed out about it. I'm starting to get really frustrated with this company.

Ray-Ban Ray-Ban's Website: A Frustrating Experience for Prescription Sunglasses

I gotta say, I've had some real issues with Ray-Ban's website when trying to order my prescription sunglasses. It's been a real hassle, let me tell you. The site keeps crashing on me, which is super frustrating. And when I finally manage to upload my prescription, it doesn't always go through. Then, they keep emailing me asking for my prescription, even though I already uploaded it! It's like they don't even read their own emails. And when they finally figure out that they have my prescription, they ask for more information and give me links that don't even work. It's like they're trying to make things difficult for me on purpose. I just want my sunglasses, man!

Ray-Ban Ray-Ban Warranty Fail: Poor Quality and Disappointing Customer Service

I got my sunnies from Ray-Ban's website about 7 months ago. They say they got a 2-year warranty, but when I was on the go, my shades were in their case and the frame just broke. I hit up Ray-Ban and filed a claim, but they said the fix wasn't covered by the warranty. They tried to sell me another pair of the same sunnies for $102, which is just crazy. The shades only lasted 7 months. The quality is just terrible and the customer service was a total bummer.

Ray-Ban Ray-Ban's Prescription Sunglasses Sale: A Disappointing Experience

I tried to snag a pair of prescription sunglasses on sale from Ray-Ban, but boy was I disappointed. They cancelled my order and I didn't get the sweet sale price. It seems like their sales and prescription departments don't talk to each other at all. I uploaded my prescription, but then they sent me an email saying I didn't upload it. So I uploaded it again, but then they cancelled my order altogether. And don't even get me started on their customer service. They just don't seem to care at all. Apparently, it's a whole different "responsible team" internally. So, if you're looking to avoid a headache, I'd steer clear of Ray-Ban.

Ray-Ban Ray-Ban's Website Falls Short: A Frustrating Buying Experience for Premium Sunglasses

to be honest. I mean, they're just sunglasses. But if you're going to charge a premium price, at least make the buying process easy and hassle-free.

I had high hopes for Ray-Ban's website, but unfortunately, it fell short. The payment process was a mess, and I had trouble using their coupon codes. I tried using APPLEPAY for a discount, but it was expired. Then, I tried using another code, "_P_U15FDCBG," but it was invalid. I removed the underscores, but it was still expired. It was frustrating, to say the least.

I've purchased Ray-Ban sunglasses before, and I thought the poor website experience was due to the pandemic. But it's been two years, and nothing has changed. It's disappointing to see that they haven't improved their e-commerce structure.

Don't get me wrong, Ray-Bans are decent sunglasses. But they're not worth the hassle of dealing with their website. If you're going to charge a premium price, at least make the buying process easy and straightforward.

Ray-Ban Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Ray-Ban: Wrong Prescription and Poor Communication

I recently purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Aviator Sunglasses with progressive lenses from their website, ray-ban.com. Although the glasses themselves are beautiful, I unfortunately received the wrong prescription. Like many others, I had to email them multiple times with my correct prescription before finally receiving an email after four days stating that my order would be cancelled unless I uploaded my prescription. This was frustrating, especially since they had already taken $384 from my account.

When I received the glasses, I noticed that they made me see double. Upon checking the enclosed prescription against the one I uploaded, I found that it was not even close. It turns out that they had sent me someone else's glasses, which left both me and the other customer unhappy. I still want the glasses that I ordered, but if I had the chance to do it over again, I would choose a different maker.

The customer service at Ray-Ban is out of this world, and not in a good way. It was difficult to get a response from them, and when I did, it was not helpful. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and effort to fix the issue was disappointing. I hope that they can improve their customer service in the future, as I would love to continue supporting their brand.

Ray-Ban Disappointing Experience with Ray-Ban's Website and Order Cancellation

So, I had a bit of a frustrating experience with Ray-Ban's website. I placed an order for some sunglasses, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. But then, out of nowhere, they canceled my order. I was pretty confused, since I had the money in my account and everything. They refunded me, but didn't give me any explanation as to why they canceled my order.

Honestly, I was kind of on the fence about whether or not I really needed the sunglasses, so I guess Ray-Ban made the decision for me. I'm not going to spend a ridiculous amount of money on an overpriced product that I don't really need.

It's frustrating that they didn't give me any explanation for why they canceled my order. I mean, come on, Ray-Ban, if you're going to cancel someone's order, at least have the decency to tell them why. And honestly, they shouldn't be canceling orders unless there's a real problem.

I do a lot of online shopping, and this is the first time a seller has ever canceled on me. It's not a great look for Ray-Ban, especially since I'm an impulsive buyer and they managed to lose my business.

On top of all that, their website is pretty slow and clunky. It's not the most user-friendly experience, to say the least. And let's not even get started on Luxottica, the company that owns Ray-Ban. They're basically the big boss of the eyewear market, and that kind of monopoly isn't great for consumers.

All in all, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with Ray-Ban. I was excited to try out their sunglasses, but now I'm not so sure I want to give them my business.

Ray-Ban Mixed Experience with Ray-Ban's Website & Customer Service: A Review

So, I recently got myself a pair of aviators from Ray-Ban's website and I gotta say, it was a bit of a mixed experience. I accidentally added a case to my order, thinking that the glasses didn't come with one, but when I received my package, I found out that I didn't need to buy the case separately. I decided to give their customer service a call to see if I could cancel the case from my order and get a refund.

The first time I called, I was put on hold for what felt like an eternity - 25 minutes to be exact. I was starting to get frustrated when suddenly, the rep disappeared and I was left with a phone survey to fill out. I mean, seriously? That's not what I called for. So, I decided to give them another chance and called back a second time. This time, I cancelled my entire order because I was just too fed up with the whole situation.

Unfortunately, when I received my refund, they only refunded me for the extra case and not the glasses that I returned. I was pretty upset about this and called them four more times to try and sort it out. But, each time I called, I felt like I was dealing with complete imbeciles. It was like talking to a brick wall.

In the end, I decided to call my credit card company and dispute the charges. It was just too much of a hassle dealing with Ray-Ban's customer service. If you're thinking about buying Ray-Ban glasses, I would recommend going to a specialized retailer like Sunglass Hut. Their employees actually know what they're doing and can help you out if you run into any issues.

Ray-Ban Disappointing Customer Service from Ray-Ban - Not Worth the Price

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with Ray-Ban's customer service. I shoulda gone with Sunglasses Hut or some other place. As other reviews have mentioned, it's just not up to par.

I made a purchase because the website said I could get next day delivery or pick up in store. Perfect for my upcoming vacation, right? But then I got an email saying it would take 5 working days to arrive. What the heck?

I called customer service to see what was up, and while the guy I talked to was nice enough, he couldn't do anything to help me. He didn't even have a boss I could talk to! He tried to tell me I was wrong about the next day delivery thing, but eventually he realized I was right.

Come on, Ray-Ban. If you're gonna sell expensive stuff, you gotta have good customer service. I'm stuck waiting for my money to come back so I can buy my sunglasses somewhere else. I'm not gonna use Ray-Ban again. The products are great, but the customer service just isn't worth it.

Ray-Ban Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Ray-Ban: Damaged Product and Runaround

in a long time. I ordered a pair of Ray-Bans and they arrived damaged. I tried to contact customer service but it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't seem to care about my issue and just kept giving me the runaround. It took weeks to finally get a replacement pair and even then, they weren't the same color as the ones I originally ordered. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Ray-Ban and would not recommend them to anyone.

Rewritten review:
I gotta say, my experience with Ray-Ban's customer service was a real letdown. I mean, I was pretty excited to get my hands on a new pair of shades, but when they arrived all banged up, I was pretty bummed. So, I tried to reach out to customer service, but it was like talking to a wall. They didn't seem to give a hoot about my problem and just kept giving me the runaround. It took forever to finally get a replacement pair, and even then, they weren't the same color as the ones I originally ordered. I mean, come on, Ray-Ban, get it together! I was really hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, I can't say I'd recommend them to anyone.

Ray-Ban Terrible Customer Service Experience with Ray-Ban.com

Ray-Ban is a company that sells sunglasses and eyeglasses. They have a website called ray-ban.com. I bought some glasses from them and I was not happy with the customer service. The people were rude and they did not respond to my questions. It was really frustrating. I don't know what else to say except that it was trash.

Ray-Ban Disappointed with Ray-Ban Sunglasses: Poor Quality and No Warranty Coverage

I bought a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses a couple of years ago and I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the quality. The lenses have these little dots and spots all over them, which is really annoying when you're trying to see clearly. I've tried cleaning them, but nothing seems to work.

To make matters worse, the warranty on these sunglasses expired about six months ago, so I can't even get them fixed or replaced. It's frustrating to think that I spent so much money on a product that turned out to be defective.

I have to say, I'm pretty disappointed in Ray-Ban. I always thought of them as a high-quality brand, but now I'm not so sure. If they're selling products that are defective, then I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

Unfortunately, I don't have my receipt anymore, but I do have my order number. I'm not sure if that will help me get a refund or replacement, but I'm going to try.

Overall, I would say that if you're thinking about buying Ray-Ban sunglasses, you should be cautious. Make sure you keep your receipt and check the quality of the product before the warranty expires.

I purchased raybans from an authorized dealer. They have sat in a drawer for a significant amount of time. When I went to wear them, the tint was worn off in a perfectly straight line.

I was told if a credit card statement was insufficient to show purchase.
