Leaf Home Water Solutions review: Water filter system

We moved into our home 2021 and there was a saltwater filter system installed that was less than 1 yr old. We contacted Leaf filter for them to see if we needed the salt system. They came and talked us into the system that does not use salt. The service tech stated the other system would be sufficient. We gave our salt system away as we had the Leaf filter system coming. Each year we had the yearly check and paid for it and complained about the residue on our fixtures. Finally in November 2025, we replaced faucets and again contacted them after our yearly service appt. in which they did absolutely nothing except keep our check. I contacted the service again and spoke with Shane who said they would start with checking what was in the system. Did not happen. In between missed calls and the fact that several times there has been no show to scheduled service, installation of replacement we became very upset with the run arounds and service. We live in a close-knit community where others take referrals and suggestions. I would like to get this resolved with an agreeable solution. We were offered an exchange for $750; however, they would take the other tank, we already have the plumbing and ruined fixtures, service payments for nothing done each time. We feel this is inappropriate service practices and feel that we been taken advantage of. I see there is a lawsuit pending for very similar circumstances and ask why this company would not want to satisfy their customers with great service. This would certainly go a long way in changing the image so many have and will pass along if no steps are taken to change this one customer at a time. Please help in coming to a satisfactory conclusion in our case by contacting us as soon as possible at my number not my husband's as he is hearing impaired.
