I have had a OS System since 1986. I installed two of them myself One in Illinois 1 in California. My purity numbers were always TD 8-9. It took Leaf over a week to install with 4 visits. I have a 3 gallon tank as I did on my others. It produces maybe a 1/2 gallon a day readings are all over TD 100. Water from grocery store is TD 20. I have tried to talk to someone for two weeks without a return call. This company should not be in business. Their product in a word SUCKS !
