Leaf Home Water Solutions review: Horrible after install service

It’s now a near 2 years since my system was installed and since the water has some improvement but I am not sure if it is an 10k improvement. I have had issues with getting service to my home. The technicians they had sent had very little knowledge of system. They replaced my UV light system still showed a fault with UV system. Now as I write this review am on hold waiting for near an hour for someone to answer so I can get a technician to come to my home and repair an active leak on a silver flex line that has cracked. Keep in mind the system is less than 2 years old. In the mean time I have to shut off my water supply to my home while I wait to hear anyone try to help me. I HIGHLY DONT recommend this company and its product. I am surprised they are still in business. Horrible!
PS:I have tried to upload photos of cracked flex line but this review process indicates errors and won’t allow! Typical of this company to complicate logistics to avoid answering customers.
