DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
They send a sales representative who tells you all the things they can do to resolve your water issues including rust. They then send a tech out that has no idea of what was sold and installs something totally wrong.
After that you are on your own because they send another person out who says they have talked to their supervisor who will be in touch to resolve the issues.
After that crickets notwithstanding the calls to the company. The company becomes totally unresponsive and the only recourse you will have is to sue them in court.
This company needs to be shut for fraud.

Claimed loss: Over 10k

Desired outcome: Fix the system!!!!!!!!
