I bought a used car from LBJ Chevrolet on August 18. They delivered it to me on August 19. I noticed the tire pressure light was on, and they said they replaced a tire pressure sensor and told me to drive the car for 50 miles for it to go off. But it didn't work. Just 8 days after getting the car, the front left tire blew. I had to replace the tire and made an appointment with the dealership. Today, when I went there, they connected a machine to the car but couldn't figure out the reason. They told me to contact *** at ***. I asked if I would be charged for this, and they said LBJ didn't find any issues, so I needed to contact the *** Dealership. I said, "But they will charge me." LBJ told me there was nothing they could do. Wow! It surprises me that there's nothing you can do, even though you sold me the car with that light on.

I went to LBJ Chevy in Nashville, North Carolina to buy a car. I had to wait for about two or three hours for them to figure out the value of my old car and how much equity I had. They lowered the price of my old car to $1500, and I had to pay $1700 for a new motor for the air conditioning. I also bought four new tires last year for $700. They told me to come back for a clean-up of the new car, but there are still dings on the hood and the driver's side door. I told the dealer from Virginia about the issue with the door. I didn't notice the damage on the hood until after they washed it. They didn't clean the interior at all. I've been wearing long sleeves and there are someone else's arm juices on the door. I need some repairs on this car, and they should cover the cost. They didn't handle the car properly and didn't explain what was wrong with it before making me sign the documents. I want to mention that I am a disabled woman who can barely walk, but I needed a newer car because my 2005 car had been broken into multiple times.
