I bought a 2014 used Mercedes from this dealer. I paid the dealer to transfer the license plates to me, as stated in the signed contract. However, after two months, I received new plates in the mail. I contacted the dealer and they assured me that they would take care of it. I really want the plates transferred because they are black and have special numbers. Unfortunately, the DMV informed me that the dealer needs the previous owner's signature on a DMV form to release the plates before they can be transferred. So far, the dealer has only given me lies and excuses. The car I purchased is a 2014 Mercedes SL550 with the VIN number ***. I really need some help with this issue. If nothing is done, I might have to take legal action, which I'm trying to avoid. Thank you for your assistance. I have attached some documents for reference: the sales contract showing that we paid the $15.00 DMV fee to transfer the black plates (2 photos), a picture of the black plates that were supposed to be transferred to us, and a picture of the new plates that we unexpectedly received in the mail. We need to return these new plates to the DMV once the black plates have been transferred.

I took my car to Mercedes Benz of El Dorado Hills to get the back brakes and rotors serviced in July 2022. Everything seemed fine at first. However, when I went out of town with my children and returned, something was off with my brakes. I immediately contacted the dealership and my service representative, but they advised me to tow my car to the nearest dealership instead. I followed their advice and waited for the tow truck to arrive.

Unfortunately, when the tow truck finally came, my service representative, whose name is *** by the way, stepped out of the office and never came back. This left me with no choice but to leave my car in a nearby parking lot since the *** dealership refused to work on it since they didn't service it initially. I was quite disappointed that *** didn't call me on that day or the following day to check if I had left my car and if my children and I were safe. It took me two days to finally get in touch with El Dorado Hills to follow up, but my representative was unavailable, and even the manager was nowhere to be found. I left messages and requested a return call, but neither of them bothered to respond.

I had spent a significant amount of money to get my brakes fixed, and now they're not even working properly. It's frustrating that the dealership that serviced my car isn't willing to help or even attempt to assist me, especially when there should be a warranty in place.
