A parcel was sent from Tagbilaran Bohol and for pick up at LBC SM Clark branch. Online tracking indicates that the parcel arrived on July 16, 2019 at 1:13 PM. I went to LBC SM Clark to pick up the parcel. Arrived at the branch at 10:10 AM of July 18, 2019. I waited for 40 minutes and the attendant said I need to come back since she could not find the parcel. This is very inconvenient! Who can locate my parcel? I am going to file a legal case if I don't get my parcel within 24 hours. Take note that the parcel bears a very important document that did not meet the deadline due to mishandling of LBC.

I have another complaint for the staff who assisted me but I will put it in a different complaint as it has a different issue.
