I sent my letter which is addressed within the same city by the way, last June 5 and up until now June 19 it was still not sent. Upon visiting the Branch in Velez Cagayan de Oro City, they told me that they can't send it because of it lacks house number and contact number. First of all, not everyone has a house number! second not everyone, has a phone! So are they saying that we can't send a letter to someone who does not have a phone and a house number? Can they not ask around the vicinity since, the address was specific except for the house number. This is very ridiculous. They won't even give me a refund, when they can't deliver my letter. Instead, they told me to come back when I have the house number and the contact number. How ridiculous is that?
Recommendation: I don't recommend LBC. Instead of getting better, their services are regressing through time.
