I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding my order [protected] .
My order was marked as delivered, but chair& screws items is missing from the package. I reported this issue through customer service; however, I have not received a proper response or satisfactory resolution.
The only option provided in the app is a partial refund, no option to decline the offer. which I do not accept. Since the order was not fulfilled correctly and the missing item has not been delivered, I am requesting a full refund of the total order amount.
In addition, there is no suitable option available for me to cancel or resolve this issue through the app, and the case status has remained unchanged despite my previous reports.
I request that Lazada:
Investigate the missing item immediately.
Process a full refund for the entire order amount.
Provide a clear explanation and update on the status of my complaint.
I am disappointed with the lack of proper customer support and the delay in resolving this issue. I hope this matter can be settled promptly.
