Lazada Thailand — Duplicate debit charge, refused refund, Case 2500000189610136
What happened:
On 3 April 2026 I placed one order on Lazada Thailand (Order No. 1086694698746306) for THB 2,000.30. My Bangkok Bank Be1st debit card (account ending x3786) was charged twice — at 01:45 and 01:47 — two completely separate transactions with different bank reference numbers:

∙ Ref 2: 20260403014733240092925 04
Evidence I have:
∙ Official Bangkok Bank statement showing both PURCHASE E-CHN debits on 3 Apr 2026
∙ Bangkok Bank app transaction detail screenshots for each charge
∙ Bangkok Bank SMS notifications confirming both deductions
∙ Bank notification log showing two Lazada TH charges 3 minutes apart
Lazada’s response:
Their live chat agent and a follow-up email (Case No. 2500000189610136) both stated “no duplicate payment was found” and told me to contact my bank. My bank confirmed both charges are real and settled.
Current status:
Lazada has refused to refund the duplicate THB 2,000.30. I have initiated a chargeback with Bangkok Bank and filed complaints with OCPB (hotline 1166) and ETDA.
Desired outcome:
Full refund of THB 2,000.30 to my original payment method.
