So I bought a misleading product from a Melaka based seller of dishwashers. I complained that the wrong product was delivered and was given a bar code to put on my delivery for collection. The help team as well as cutting me off denied they had sent the bar code. Here it is for everyone to see! You can’t issue a refund and return then not honour it.

Recommendation: Beware if the item you are buying is not as shown Lazada will make zero efforts to return your funds. They also will not even make sure you receive the item that was advertised.
