Horrible customer service. No matter how many times or how high up your complaint, their convenient response is all sales final. They are not forthcoming unless to upsell a warranty option. All they care about is your money and once they have it all, they can't help you with anything. A sheet of paper with their policies was attached to my bill after I paid in full, highlighting things such as installation, how they are not responsible for it, and also not responsible for damage to your property during delivery... The liability is on me for the very bad decision of making a purchase at bad boy. I have yet to receive the appliance since it's okay for them to breach the contract and not deliver on the expected date because all sales are final. Noooobody should shop at bad boy.
