This place is bad news, man. They're totally ripping people off during the COVID crisis. It's messed up. Don't even bother with Garfield or Theon, they're always trying to pull a fast one. You're better off going to any other dealership within 25 miles. They're way more legit and truthful.

I had some problems with my ride's radio, rear camera, and speed. I called Larchmont Chrysler Jeep Dodge on August 24, 2022, and they told me to wait until September 7, 2022, for an appointment. I brought my car to the dealer on September 7 at ***, and they said it would take all day to inspect it. I called at *** for an update, and they said my car wasn't ready yet. I asked for a loaner or rental car, and they said they'd call me back. They called me at *** and said my car was ready for pickup, but they couldn't find any issues. I checked my dashcam and saw that they only spent 10 minutes on my car after I called them. They said I could bring it back without an appointment if the issues persisted. I went back on September 8, and they said they'd order parts. I haven't received any calls or updates, and I've sent an email to their GM, but no response. Every time I call, *** tells me that the part hasn't arrived yet. The dealer called me on September 27 to ask if the issue was still happening, and I said yes. They said they'd order the part. I bought an extended warranty for issues like this, but this dealer hasn't fixed anything covered under the warranty. They haven't updated me unless I call and ask for an update. I call once a week to see if anything has arrived, but no one responds to my emails. This business lacks accountability and responsibility.
