Integrity or trustworthiness ain't somethin' you gonna find at this dealership. I went there on a Saturday lookin' for a specific car, a 2020 Camry TRD. They had one on the floor. The sales guy, Michael, did the usual back and forth with me and the managers. Even though I asked 'em to skip that part, they still did it. The managers took off 3k from the car's price and offered me a lowball amount for my trade-in. The numbers just weren't right, so instead of wastin' everyone's time, I told Michael and started to leave. We went outside to check out a few other vehicles. After I left the dealership, Michael called me sayin' his manager was mad at him and chewed him out 'cause there was a deal to be made. They asked if they could meet the payment I asked for on a lease or a purchase, would I accept it. I called 'em back and said I would, and asked 'em to give me the details. Michael said he'd call me right back. But he never called. I called 'em and got no answer. I called the dealership and he was gone for the day. On Sunday, I called again, but Michael was off. No problem, I asked to speak to a manager and talked to John. He said he'd call me back, and he actually did. He said in the Monday mornin' meetin', they'd get the numbers and finalize the deal. But Monday mornin' came and no call. I contacted the dealer and found out they wanted to add an extra 4k to the deal. I asked 'em about honorin' what we had in place and the internet pricin'. They told me others called about the car over the weekend, so they're raisin' the price. I called 'em five times over the weekend and got no help, just told to wait. If you read other reviews, this seems to be a common thing at Lustine. I wouldn't recommend dealin' with this dealership in any way.

They messed up fixing my car and even messed up my tire in the process. And now they won't answer my calls or talk to me at all. I reached out to Toyota corporate, but the service department still won't talk to me.
